1900 Pacific is Incredible!!! Kim & Hallie are Outstanding and can’t forget about Dan and John they are so welcoming!! Everyone here is extremely friendly, needless to say the building is always clean and anytime I need help with anything they’re always ready to help right away.
The views from the rooftop and all the amenities that are provided here are
Top-notch! Definitely recommend giving it a tour if you plan on moving to downtown Dallas. There are so many great parks, restaurants and attractions within walking distance of the building!

Horrible management!!!
I was charged $7k+ in lease fee's during my experience at 1900 Pacific Residences. While I was initially excited to move into the property, a series of unresolved issues and mismanagement during the leasing process ultimately forced me to terminate the lease under extraordinary circumstances.

From the start, the leasing process was unusually difficult, requiring extensive documentation, including a written letter from my employer, my last three months of bank statements, and rabies vaccinations for my ESA cats. Despite fulfilling every requirement, I received an incorrect lease term and start date.

Then, I was given keys to my new home about a week before my lease date, but the keys did not work. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the replacement keys still failed, leaving me locked out on the day my lease began. I arrived with all my belongings packed and ready to move in in a large moving truck, but I was unable to access the building. Despite reaching out to Michelle (the manager) via email that day, I received no response. The following day, I had to visit the office in person to explain the situation and notify Michelle that I could no longer proceed with the lease due to these unresolved issues.

Adding to this, the area surrounding the building presented persistent safety concerns, with homeless individuals frequently gathered near the entrance, especially at night. This, combined with the repeated access issues and lack of communication, made me feel unsafe and unwilling to move forward.

Despite never moving a single item into the apartment and the unit being promptly re-leased, I was charged over $7,000 in termination fees, including two months’ rent and a re-let fee.

I have filed complaints with the BBB about this business due to their lack of communication. If you value safety and responsible management there are plenty of better places in Dallas then here!

Other notes on this property
- Garage is seperate from the building forcing you to paid an add $75+ fee per month. Garage is not well secured.
-There is no on site security 24/7, anyone can practically follow behind someone.

Building management does not honor leases:

1900 Pacific has recently evicted all tenants on floors 13-16 regardless of how many months left were on the lease. My 12 month lease was up on September 28th, but I will be out by March 31st, like all my other neighbors. They did this because they sold this portion of the building to Marriott. They told all the tenants some time in February about the sale, but did not provide anything official in terms of a move out date until the 30 day eviction notice on March 1st.

The best management has offered is to continue your lease in some other unit in the building, at the new market rate aka more expensive than when you signed (on a lower floor so worse view, and maybe not even your original unit if none are available on lower floors).

This has led to a scramble for all of the current tenants to secure units on floors below, and management has promised the same units to multiple residents, leading to more confusion and frustration. Talking to other neighbors, management let one tenant sign on the 14th floor, only to inform him a week after he moved in that he'd have to move all his things to a different unit in the building because of the sale. They really gave this dude the song and dance of how nice the building is, let him sign a 12 month term knowing full well the tenant would have to move all his things again a month into the lease.

I am moving out of the building, but in scheduling my move out, management called me first to set a date and time, only to double book that time, call me back a couple days later and make me reschedule my movers to cover for their mistake.

Management also allows the Marriott next door use the service drive handicapped spot freely as valet overflow. So if you have guests who use a wheelchair or have another disability, or grandma and grandpa come to visit, they may not be able to utilize the handicapped parking spot without fear of getting booted or towed by your landlord. Recently I had a guest park in the handicapped spot in the service drive, with a handicapped placard on the dash, only to have the car booted. This led to a very charged argument with nighttime staff, with the building staff insisting myself and my guest were in the wrong, and they made me pay $100 to take the boot off, when it was well within the power of building staff and Marriott valet staff to just take the boot off for free and apologize. It was only when I showed up in the leasing office the next day to further complain and fight for the rights of those in this city who need handicapped spots because they can't walk long distances, that the $100 was credited to my account.

1900 pacific is a very nice building, it has good amenities, the units have nice fixtures in the kitchen and bath, the -06 and -07 units have big windows & wonderful views of downtown and Pacific Plaza. It is a 1-block walk from the St Paul DART rail station, so great access to public transit. The building is located in a nice area of downtown that is very walk-able. The parking garage is not attached to the building, but I have always found the 450-foot walk through air conditioned office tower sky-bridges just to get to my car part of the charm of the building.

But if you sign here, just be warned: management can and will pull the rug out from beneath you and smile to you face while they do it. If we as tenants break a lease, not only do we usually have to provide 60-days notice, we get charged through the roof in fees in order to break the lease. The landlord can pull some tiny clause out of their ass, kick you out, only give you 30 days, and give you basically no assistance on your way out.

My wife and I really enjoyed living at 1900 Pacific! We were pleased with the amenities and the state of the apartment. Dan and Ahmad in particular were wonderful in terms of taking care of the residents and making us feel at home. We will miss them!

I moved to 1900 about 2 years ago, and when my lease was up I looked at a few other options downtown.

Ultimately, i realized i wanted to change my view, not building!

i signed my third lease here recently and couldn't be happier!

Everyone from the Cleaning team, Maintenance guys, security and management team as well as the owner are working in sync, to make it a great experience living here!

The 1900 has been my favorite place that I have ever lived at in Dallas; truly feels like home. Great location, apartment layouts, views, and amenities. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, bars, and activities. The building owner is very hands on, something you’re not likely to see at any other building. The staff are top notch. Eric (Leasing Office Manager) is very kind, helpful, and accessible. I’ve always received his undivided attention and truly get the sense that he cares about the residents and community. Dan (VP of Operations) is always everywhere at once, finding a way to make residents life more convenient and the property just that much better. Ray’s maintenance is the best I’ve ever seen or experienced as a renter in the city. Always friendly and ready to serve.

Great community, it’s easy to get along with everyone and make friends- just be cool (Friends only, no “friends of friends”) 😎

New Resident here at 1900 Pacific.

There are 3 reasons why I decided to move here and their names are Michelle, Dan, and Ahmad. These three individuals take care of the day-to-day business operations at 1900 Pacific. Unlike a 3rd party apartment management team, these individuals work directly for the owner ensuring a phenomenal resident experience. Any issues that come up with maintenance are taken care of immediately. The building is very clean and safe. And there is just an overall “homey” feel to the entire complex. I consider Michelle, Dan, and Ahmad friends of mine as they go above and beyond for me just as my friends would. Highly recommend 1900 Pacific and tell them Samy sent you.

Renewed my lease with ease. I'm constantly reminded of the effort and love that the owner and people who work here put into this building and community! I'm really grateful to be here!

Pros: love my studio, music room, staff, events, and cost!

Cons:
Windows do not open (quality of air is really good on the other hand, I never have to use my air purifier anymore).
The front doors let in noize and air from the hallway, as evident by the sound it makes while moving when the neighbors across close their door. Outside/neighbors noize is quite minor. Once in awhile you will hear city noize, as this is downtown.

The area is pretty quiet in general, and the park downstairs is really nice. I love that there are so many parks around us!
