First off the Staff is awesome, friendly , knowledgeable .
Next the place is clean , smells good , no sticky floors or stained carpets.
Next the food , I'm sorry but I gotta say this is the best ribeye . Perfectly cooked rare is hard to hit but you did it. The salad was amazing , tasted fresh , all the different ingrate is make that house salad perfect.
The garlic mashed was again perfect , if Ever ever back In town I will be back , very well pleased.
Great Job everyone!!!
I travel for my job every other week , I review all the places I eat. This place would be in my top 5 of 2025.
Again thanks for the awesome food , hospitality, and brew.

It was our first time going here 2/7/25 around 12:40 pm. Emma our waitress was great. The food was awesome.
Crab dip with Wongs .. now this was yummy.
Hubby Ron got the Bison burger with fries. Awesome burger. Had to get one to go for our friend Karl who said it was awesome burger also. I Dani got Tortelline Alfredo with chicken. This was yummy too. The waitress even wrote down I was highly allergic to shrimp and lime (Ty). She got a nice tip.
We will be back again.

Went for our 42nd Anniversary. Everyone was so sweet. The food was amazing.
The food was fantastic. I had steak tacos with sweet potato fries and my husband had a steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus. We had a blooming apple with ice cream and caramel drizzle for dessert.
Happy 42nd Anniversary to us. I was a great nite.

On my journey to find the best hamburger served in middle Alabama, I stopped here for lunch. The taste of that hamburger was very good. The smoked Gouda and caramelized onions added lots of flavor. The brioche type bun was smallish. The ground beef hamburger was a little overcooked and slightly dry. I wanted more juicy flavor. The presentation was nicely served on a rectangular white plate. Too large round filled pickle slices were affixed to the top of the bun with a toothpick. Complementing the burger was a generous order of bright orange waffle-cut sweet potato fries. The fries were crispy, but the grains of salt on the fries were too large. While my lunch was not a clear winner, I am intrigued by the chef’s abilities to return for other menu items.

Consistently GOOD food! From the Bison burger to the brisket tacos. I've never had a bad meal here. Enjoyed my Big Cookie Stout and talked with the bartender. Love this place.

You have to try this Restaurant. Beer is great and they have a great selection of local beers and they are all amazing. Their steaks are top notch, you have to try their ribeye All their sides are made perfectly and theirs service is as great as the entire experience. Atmosphere in the restaurant is relax giving you time to talk and enjoy the experience. During the entire stay there was no need to check the cellphones( just to take pictures) I’m happy I picked this place while in town. For sure will be back.

Dined here for lunch, shared the bison burger (subbed out for the smoked gouda). Came out perfect, as did the crispy fries. Delicious! Decided some of the dinner items intrigued us enough to come back for dinner. Had the pepper jack cheese sticks (wrapped in egg roll wrappers). Very tasty! Shared the seared scallops and grits with fries. The fries were, again, crispy as ordered. However, the "seared" scallops had no color, and the grits were as thick as spackle. Please have your cook visit The Busy Bee, just around the corner to learn how to make grits properly! I have included a picture from there as reference.
Service at lunchtime was better. Your two top tables are very small, which makes for an uncomfortable dining experience. The ambiance is nice, but a bit dark on the lighting at night. Old eyes need light to see what to order as well what we're eating.

Like so many other things we've found in Northern Alabama, we weren't sure what to expect, but came away astonished. First, our server, Olivia, was just awesome. Super friendly, super informative, and made very strong recommendations, ALL of which were spectacular. Thankfully, she also played along with our banter and didn't get flustered when I was sarcastic with her.

"You have to try the Creme Brule donut. It's SOOO good. "

"Oh, you mean the dounut filled with Creme Brule is delicious You don't say"

We ordered one and a Tiramisu before we had even finished our dinner. It's probably one of the best decisions I've made in recent memory.

My pimento cheeseburger had so much going on, flavor in all different directions, and the fries with house made ranch (per Olivia's recommendation) were also perfect. My wife had the salmon with Asparagus and rice. Normally, she shares, but I was offered only a small bite of salmon before the plate was cleaned.

I wish we had found this place before our last night in town, we'd love to come back for lunch, but I'm sure we'll be in the area again and I'm sure we'll come back.
