Yo estuve llendo a llevar a mis hijos al pediatra y tamvien nosotros durante 2 años y en esos 2 años amy a familiares y amigos que ivan... Ai tuvimos malas experiencias con las mendigas Resepsionistas.. Que son tan despotas mulas, casi siempre andan de mal humor incluso llegue a ser testigo de que una de ellas tenia problemas en su casa y andava de mal caracter se desquitava con toda la persons que se arrimava ala ventanilla las tratava tan mal😒 aparte yo tengo videos de esas pinches viejas que solo estavan criticando alos pasientes y asus compañeras de travajo asta alos Doctores vueno Todos los que las rrodeavan que falta de profesionalismo esas personas luego luego seles ve que no les gusta su travajo poresp se portan asi de gachas yo estoy juntando a todas las personas que an sido victimas de los malos tratos de estas mujeres para rreportarlas tengo evidensia y muchos testigos esas viejas rresepsiomitas tienen que largarse de ai aora vamos a otra clinica que la malloria de personas se esta camviando para alla se llama christian Halts Department muy vuenas personas Mables y rrespetuosas

CARLA IS RUDE! I usually go to the Crestwood location for depo. Used my lunch hour today to get my shot but Crestwood didn’t have depo, it’s on order. They said try Metro or Northern. Called here (northern) and explained my situation. My call was transferred a few times. Then a rude woman was asking me questions talking to me like I’m an idiot. She said I couldn’t be seen without an appointment, she told me that no one from Crestwood called her (why would they?), she said she was going to have to call Crestwood AND speak to the doctor and asked I would call her back in 20 mins. I politely explained that I don’t need a doctor just a nurse to administer the shot and she just said she knows that but she still has to make some phone calls. Then I asked for her name (since I have to call back). Still rude she said “ma’am you are speaking to the nurse practitioner” as if I was questioning her. I was done, told her I just needed to know who to ask for when I called back, which I never did and would never trust people like this with my health. Went to Metro as a walk in, got my Depo, and was on my merry way within 30 minutes. Bye Carla.

Edit: This place has really gone down hill. The doctors are constantly changing, every time I have an appointment with one doctor and have a follow up, that doctor no longer works here and I have to reschedule with another doctor and by the time that appointment comes up, that doctor won't be working here anymore and so on. It's ridiculous, I just want to see a doctor more than once! It's impossible to build any kind of trust or relationship with a doctor when they are constantly changing their staff! Today I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Sullivan, and they cancelled it and moved it to the Ensley location without even telling me!

They got my information mixed up with someone else's and won't contact me back. I went here based off a referral from the metro location. I'd go to metro, never schedule at this location. I am going back and talking to my regular doctor to please never refer me to this location again. Is no less than a 2 1/2 hour wait time and they will get your information mixed up with another patient's quick fast in a hurry and not call you back no matter how many times you call and leave messages I'm talking about I've done this for 3 weeks.

I had my first and last appointment here. I made an appointment at least 1 week out and they call the day before to tell me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled but can’t be rescheduled until 4 weeks out. I moved days around from my personal and work schedule for my original appointment, so to call the day before is absolutely absurd! Ms. Michelle Alpine gave me a great first impression; however, the way the facility is ran is horrible.

The staff is always rude.. I went a MONTH without my medicine just because they wanted me just I guess never come back... Everytime I called no answer when they do they are extremely rude & disrespectfu!! But not one of them are that rude and disrespectful to my face but over the phone they sure do have some balls....I have been going there for YEARS every Friday but here recently they have said they only take walk ins blah blah which idc I was already looking for a new doctor but now that I'm done with them I will just post this and leave it here... They're extremely rude and like I said I went A MONTH WITHOUT MY THYROID medicine for absolutely no reason with me not having no thyroid!!! It's absolutely crazy they can do that because why No reason... I extremely dislike this doctor's office and can't believe I've put up with it this long... If I was you I would go anywhere else besides here . I'm sure I have more to say but I just don't have time for it right now...

Really bad experience nurse was rude and dr also rude when i ask her a question she turn her back on me and continue talking to the patient even after telling her the patient was new to the country and didn’t understand im the only family member she has i need to ask questions but dr decided that pt needs to learn how to comunicate with her i wonder how if she don’t even know the city she lives in im still teaching her not going back there to see that dr what a waste of money i did taking this lady there.
Update called the number they left to complain but they never answered….
