If you’re interested in being charged double, even with proof of payment, this is your place! Scheduled an appointment at 9am and was told I had a $0 balance. Show up at 2:45 to be told I owe $385. After much discussion with a rude woman I was told I can pay or leave. I asked for a print out of charges to which was declined. Once they got caught up the proceeded to tell me the girl who said I had no balance was new and didn’t know what she was talking about. Very SHADY especially to a sick patient.

Rude and not at all helpful. I was a patient here in my teenage years and early 20s, but lived overseas for the last 7 years. I called for an appointment this morning to be told I was considered a new patient and that there were no openings for new patients at this time. This was news to me and wouldn't have been a big deal if it was politely explained. Instead, the receptionist rudely and tersely informed me that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment and needed to go somewhere else. Tone is everything, especially when someone is dealing with a crisis. Would not go back to this practice again now even if they did have openings for new patients.

If you like sub-standard health care, poor communications, being treated like livestock and paying for unexpected charges, this is your place. It is too bad it me took so long to find that out. After a few years of poor treatment I found a much better facility to go to.

I don't think I've ever written a review in my life but had to about this. One of the rudest desk representatives I've ever dealt with- on the second floor, seeing Doctor Christopher Keel. Was rude on the phone too. Doctors were great.

Beware. We visited their "urgent" care side for an emergency, and they refused to see us. When I asked if any nurse could lay eyes on her, they were offended stating "we don't have nurse practitioners here for that". I am shocked that they could not even find a nurse to do vitals. It appears that this clinic has a ratio of patient/Medical staff that is too great. Last time this heart event occurred, it took 6 weeks to get an appointment. If she is having a heart attack, she would not have recieved attention with this medical group. They told us we had to go to an independent urgent care because they WOULD NOT help. Huge thank you to the urgent care next to Target on highway 98, you saved us!

This facility is good for scheduled appointments/routine care, but do not go in if you suspect you are having an urgent episode.

Carol, Dr. Robinson's nurse is always so sweet when I call. She is always so chipper and bubbly and I just always get off the phone with a smile on my face! I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for 8 years or so and I absolutely cannot say enough about her and the staff!

Lucky I had to give a star to post this review. I went for a new patient appt here today. I showed up 30 mins early as requested, my appt was at 2pm. A little afte 2pm they got me in a room and did the initial stuff, bp/temp... then I waited in this room til 3pm with no dr, no one... so I walked out. My time is important too.

The Physicians, lab crew and nurses are very nice and professional but other staff is very inconsiderate, VERY **DISHONEST, insincere and careless.
