Upon initial entry, there was no welcoming nor gentle fragrance. Instead the smell of cleaning agents wafted through the air so upon re-entry
I brought a holiday votive.
The tv viewing experience seems to be some basic cable setup w/ out an onscreen guide or menu of what's currently playing on each channel.

Nice kitchenette- Ample counter top, mini fridge beneath, microwave up top in a nook, Cabinet space, Single cup coffee brewer on counter, Little Closet with iron, ironing board and coat hangers, Large Desk and three small furniture items accompanying 2 night stands, 4 lamps throughout the room, plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room.
Mini fridge and microwave are efficiency utilities so neither has a light bulb.

The bathroom accommodations feel cheap and lacking. Travel size body lotion, shampoo and a conditioner with 3 tiny bars of soap.
A liquid body wash for the shower would have been more preferred.
Lastly, the shower does not get hot and it wasn't during peak usage hours, it was at 1am on Christmas morning. The water gets warm but a hot shower would have been preferred.
There is one single knob that controls hot and cold so you can't really adjust temperature.
The vanity towel rack is broken/missing.
The wall is scuffed in a couple of places.

I was only in my room for brief spans of time, typically after hours when I wasn't with my family and despite my 3 separate attempts on 2 different devices,
The wifi was inoperable!

On the plus side, I overslept an hour and 15 minutes past the 11am checkout time but the girl at the front desk was Very friendly and understanding about it without charging me an additional night so I ended up leaving a $20 Christmas tip for the housekeeper.

This feels like a cheap budget hotel based on the nightly rate of $84.74 and quality,
which is fine if you just need a place to rest your head for the night but I was hoping for a more luxurious experience even if it came at a higher price.

I walked in to mold growing in shower , stains and hairs on sheets. Requested more sheets and they still were dingy looking but at least knew they were folded and more likely clean. If you have white sheets bleach is neccesary . Just gross. Tooth paste on sink faucet stains on furniture . Way over priced for the filth I walked into.

My boyfriend and I called ahead and reserved the last room available. We show up check in was normal and we start unpacking our stuff in the room when we were asked if we could move to an upstairs room (WITH NO AC) because another lady that was checking in couldn’t walk up the stairs. The room was so hot we had to get a refund and book another hotel last minute. Beware before you book!!!!

The rooms were dark and outdated. The floor seems sticky. There was very limited hot water. And even more limited breakfast. Not recommended. If it wasn’t for the staff, it would be a one star.

Quality rooms for quality price.

Staff is why I will be back the night and day staff either front desk or room attendants they are all incredibly polite accommodating and just good people
