Send me 3 letters for housing. I emailed all 3 and called 3 times for the appointment review and I still haven't heard back from BTM. Now it's over 10 days of the letter and I'm not accept for the viewing or the program. 😕 kind of disturbing.

Blvd Houses are now under Blvd Together Management and so far I must say it seems better than NYCHA Management. Renovations are taking place in the apts and bldgs. Things are looking up. I am glad someone stepped in to do what NYCHA WAS NOT DOING. NYCHA is in the News every so often and it's not with good news but horrible news about tenants and their living conditions being deplorable. It's sad and It's a shame. We need changes and it's about time something is happening. Keep going strong Blvd Houses!! Good Luck to ALL!!

Like most NYCHA development companies, not the best customer service. I know it can be overwhelming with people who feel entitled, but you shouldn't project your bad day on everyone else.
I have a client who is linked to these houses and waiting to hear back; we've called numerous times to check his status within the pat 2 weeks and we have never spoken to anyone, the line just rings and rings until it cuts off-not even an option to leave a message...
