I highly recommend this terrific team. Hamilton Carrio has been a pleasure to work with. He did a thoughtful on site interview with me before starting the design work. He asked for input along the way. I asked for a focus on using native plants and he accommodated the design to include them. His team has been efficient, hard working and detail oriented. They kept a tidy construction site and left no mess behind. Hamilton has been accessible for questions or concerns. Either Hamilton himself or his partner have been on the job site to supervise every day. Hamilton has collaborated closely with the swimming pool company to make the best use of time and space on the work site and work schedule. Best of all, our yard looks amazing. I am thrilled. Hamilton and BLAM did an amazing job on my yard. He solved a terrible erosion problem I had in my front yard and replaced it with grass and mulch beds. They put in sod, mulch, and pine needles to tie my whole property together. The team was great and worked fast to get everything done in just a couple of days. Hamilton even came and fixed a section of sod after a delivery driver backed into it. I couldn’t recommend BLAM enough. Great company and reasonable prices.

Working with this company and its owner and staff was above and beyond our expectations. From the planning stages to cost to completion all ours questions were answered, we problem solved as a team and the finished product was better than we could have imagined. Everyone on site was pleasant and professional. They left our property tidy and went above to make sure we were happy. We WILL use them again on future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'm extremely pleased with the design consultation provided by Building, Land, & Agriculture Management for our backyard. Hamilton took the time to meet with us in person, listen to our needs, and offer valuable, practical suggestions. The BEST Birmingham landscape company I have found. I highly recommend BLAM for landscape design & installation, new sod, landscape lighting plus stone work.
Their customer service was absolutely incredible with daily on-site management at important times, outstanding communication, efficient work on schedule and fantastic creativity.
They took my vague ideas, added their proven experience and the results were an elegant, timeless, showplace quality yard -- at a very competitive price. Five stars and beyond!!

Hamilton and his team did a major project on all of our outdoor spaces. From start to finish, Hamilton has been excellent to work with -- drawing up plans, revising them, and completing the work. He is very knowledgeable about landscaping and hardscaping and was patient working with us. BLAM's pricing was reasonable compared with others. The team was professional and even our neighbors noticed how well they did in cleaning up after themselves, not taking up the entire street with their work, etc. Highly recommend BLAM!

Hamilton and his entire team has been exemplary in the way they have handled this job! We have been so pleased with every aspect of this project. They have been courteous, timely, respectful and helpful. Our yard is going to be beautiful when the grass greens and takes root. The landscaping and lighting is absolutely gorgeous. I would and will recommend Land and Agricultural Management to all who need landscaping or any kind of outside yard assistance. You cannot get more value for your dollar from any other company out there either. They are the best!
