My experience with this business establishment happened awhile ago, roughly around 2 yrs or so. Why it took me this long to finally speak out with my experience was because I was being kind and respecting the workers for owning up to what they had put me through. But, I can no longer be patient for someone or people who has no respect to a customer of there’s that almost or could have lost my life by there incompetence mistakes that they did not stand up to take real responsibility for. I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated. And that was that. Just that. So I picked up my car and drove home taking small road but wanted to take it on the express way just to test it out. But gladly I didn’t chose to do so. I took the small road home. I made a safe and slow right turn and the next thing I knew , I felt like my car just head on hitters something and my drivers side felt a big drop to the ground and when the car came to a stop I looked out my drivers window and literally was watching my own tires rolling down highway 90. I screamed so so loud that everyone that was in the gas station across the street ran outside to see what was going on and some of the customers came running over to see if I was ok and told me that they literally saw everything and what had happened. One guy ran down the street trying to catch my tires for me. Make story short.. all of my 6 lug nuts and they supposed to have one locked one. Well they all fell off from my car like rotten apples falling off the tree. So my left fender came slamming down on my rotors and breaks to where it made a deep scrape on the concrete road. And of course I called them and they made me drive my damaged car back to there shop because they have no one to drive the tow to come get my car. I had strangers with such huge hearts helped put it back and gave me there numbers if I ever need them for a witness. So I took it back and everyone knows what happens after that if you where in my shoe. Etc etc.. this was just the beginning of the horror they had put me through there was more damage they have caused on my car to the point I had to get the major stuff fix at the dealer. But they said they are going to fix my fender. Till this day June 19 2024. Has not been fixed. They kept giving me excuse after excuses. So I’m done being nice and patient. I’m getting ready to file a lawsuit. If you love your car, take it to where they will fix it professionally correctly. You won’t get that here at this place. If anyone wants to see pictures and videos of my proof of the damage feel free to request.

We had an emergency with a flat tire and no spare. They did a fantastic job in patching the tire, allowing us to make it home. Stayed full of air for a few days, allowing us to purchase the special tire. Went back to them to have it installed. Great work at a very reasonable price.

This car shop does excellent work. They did a fine job on my car. They are trust worthy. The prices are fair. And customer service is amazing . I would highly recommend this place. If you need break done oil change all of that get it done here...

These people diagnosed my problem with my car as needing a new fuel pump.
Upon picking my car up, not only was my car not fixed but I had greasy auto parts laying on my seat and floor where they had “test driven” my car to pick up parts and forgot them in there. Also my drivers side seat was broken! How? Said he would fix it but he did not!
My car has only gotten worse! Took back to them and they put a part out of junk yard on (so they didn’t have to charge more) to see if that would fix the issue. Not only did it not, but my car is worse than ever. It has put me down in middle of busy intersections, car lines getting my grand from school and various other places. I now cannot drive my car anywhere safely and cannot get these people to answer my calls. Very disappointed!!! Is there anyone left out there who is honest and has integrity? My husband is 9 hours away on a job and this shop has taken my $650 and left me in worse shape than to begin with and will not call us back. Yea, I’m furious at this point! Patience has ran out. Shame on them!
At this point, I feel he owes me a refund and an apology!
To add insult to injury, I now have to go through the additional expense of finding someone else to fix my car. When I find out from a “reputable mechanic” how he’s messed me up, I’m going to see what my legal rights are concerning this bogus job.

Wow! What can I say other than THANK YOU! We had a tire blow out on our tow dolly and needed a new set of tires for the dolly. Not only did they have the right size in stock, but they got them mounted for is really fast. Everyone there was nice and very helpful! Your team was blessing to us today!

Super nice people. I was driving from the Mobile Bay Ferry and had a low tire. They looked at it and didn't see anything wrong, didn't want to charge me but I insisted on paying. They literally took my tire off the moment I pulled up. If I lived nearby I would bring them all of my tire business.

Mr. Charlie and Mr. David are amazing people and mechanics . They are not only trust worthy and won't gouge anyone but , they are excellent mechanics and are quick at their skills . They also employee very good men that apparently have learned from the best . Please give them your business. We won't use anyone else .
