The staff are professional. But the wait time is horrible. I had an appointment with Dr. Williams. My appointment was at 8:30am. The front desks knows she gets to the office at 9:00am and will tell you this. This day I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes, ended up leaving because of other obligations. To make someone wait this long is just unprofessional and disappointing. Be prepared to wait when you get there.

This is my First Time visiting. Dr. Williams and her Staff are Amazing . They are concerned about you and your health care and encourage you that you matter and how to take care of yourself and will check on you to see if you are good. Dr. Williams is a Beautiful Blessed Woman who really loves and cares about her patients she listened to what is going on with you and she is DEFINITELY Encouraging on your Mental and Emotional life.

Tasha is a great nurse she’s caring & compassionate it saddens me that she’s not there anymore and I’m deciding to find another doctor because you have to have a one on one relationship with your nurse and she cares about her patience when she come back I will. It’s not fair that you get attached to people and then they have to leave. It seems like this all been going on in Cahaba in Princeton lately. I also will be asking the people that I have invited to this clinic to follow me until things change. Remind you, Dr. Williams and Dr. Clayton has delivered two of my children and I think their team is better with Tasha

This is my first experience with Cahaba Medical Care and I was really impressed with the clinic and Dr. Williams. Dr Williams is amazing and thoroughly gave me a good exam and she even call me on a Saturday to give me my results from my lab test.and explain everything to me. Dr Williams is friendly and a caring person. I recommend her highly.

The wait time was a bit long between waiting to be called back and actually seeing the doctor. Then more waiting when I went to the back. My husband had an issue with the staff when he asked was everything okay after I was back in the back for a while. He was very concerned and upset. I did like Dr. Williams.

All the staff were very nice. I enjoyed this location and I enjoyed Dr. A. Williams. She and the nurse that assisted her made me feel very comfortable and we had few laughs in. Overall I recommend this location. I had a very nice and pleasant appointment

Dr. A Williams is the absolute best just amazing. Her whole team was amazing from checking in and registering, taken my vitals, drawing my blood i mean just everything. They all showed empathy and compassion and understanding. In one of the most uncomfortable situations ever I couldn't feel more comfortable. They are definitely my go to for my Healthcare needs.
