The staff demonstrates a lack of interpersonal skills, professionalism, and essential communication abilities, showing little empathy or concern for those in need. Clients are often regarded as burdens rather than individuals requiring assistance. The experience has been distressing, compounded by an excessively long wait for a card to arrive by mail, which has now extended to nearly two months without any updates or responses to my inquiries. A rating of zero stars is warranted, as Colbert County DHR appears ineffective, mirroring the attitude of its discontented employees. I would not recommend their services.

I have tried for 7 years to get in contact with my case worker I have not once in that time period been able to talk to the Ron the phone or in person she isn’t supposed to be my caseworker due to my last name so I have no clue why she still oversees my case. I wish she’d hand it over so I can find out why I have only got two small payments since 2017!

They dont even wanna sit down in look in the computer to help you when thats what they get paid to do if im not talking to my case worker id just rather not talk to anyone there because they are no help until you give them the vibe you will just leave and get help when someone wants to help

Some of the workers really care about people's welfare and their families. Some of them do not and have no heart. I will not mention names but God needs to help that place, and those people need Him.
