I was thrilled with my stay at Comal Inn. Easy check in, parking was spacious for my Yukon, the king size bed was top notch, the sheets were crisp, and the pillows were perfection.
I attended an event at the civic center and it was a 2 minute drive with no traffic.
I had the 2 cereal bowls with milk that was provided, as a late night snack. I had fresh fruit cups with yogurt for breakfast along with the best pumpkin bread......put my homemade pumpkin bread to shame.
The jetted tub, plenty of large towels was very relaxing.
I sat in the comfortable rocking chair at night and read my book in peace and quiet.
No elevator noise, people in hallways, or dirty breakfast bars to contend with.
It was an exceptional 3 night stay and at a reasonable price.
I travel alone and I felt secure in the location. No creepy or sketchy people in the entire vicinity.

A nice place in central New Braunfels, easy access to tubing and other parts of town. There is a nice jet tub, fridge and coffee maker within the room. Our only complaints was that there was some debris left under the covers after we got under the flat sheet. Owners made the stay convenient.

My wife and I loved our stay at The Comal Inn. The property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and I really enjoyed the private parking off the street. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for nearby restaurants and shopping. Check in/out process was simple. We will be back!

The Inn and cottage were exactly as advertised. Well taken care of and maintained, very comfortable, and very conveniently located for the seminar I was attending at the Civic/convention center. I’ll be back with my husband for a romantic weekend getaway in the future.

Every time I visit New Braunfels I always look and see if the Comal Inn has an opening. The room is very nice. The location is perfect for my needs. It has a nice porch and it’s quiet and peaceful. We usually see dear if we are walking a night. We have stayed several times and hopefully we will be able room the next time we visit. For those are wondering there was fruit, juice, milk and banana bread for breakfast if you need. But Naegelins Bakery is a short walk away. We always go there.

A very nice, quiet place to stay in the middle of New Braunfels. Rooms are well maintained, clean and have many nice amenities. Property is quiet. Walking distance to the main square for shopping and restaurants. Check-in is easy and all handled via text messages. Will plan to stay here again.

A brilliant bed and breakfast . It’s immaculately clean . Having coffee on the porch saw deer and hawks. Yet close to shopping and dining . The owner is great there’s on site parking . So relaxing and laid back per fact for a long weekend . The breakfast of a fresh blueberry or banana nut pound cake quite tasty . The fruit cups done nicely
