I’ve been trying to get help for someone since Nov 1 and still haven’t received one of the three phone calls promised not anything in the mail as promised. The person I’m trying to help is now almost 3 months begging of power bill and they are about to disconnect. She had surgery on Nov 1 and again Feb 28th. Having your power turned off would be terrible at any time for anyone but especially for a 61 year old woman that has recently had two major surgeries, lives alone, and can barely get around. I don’t understand. Each time I dropped off paperwork I was confident the ladies I spoke to would call and an update like promised but I never got a call. I left my number because her phone was disconnected. This is a hard worker that had fell on hard times and lost her job due to medical issues that requires several surgeries. She has applied for disability and is also in the process of trying to get payment from her long term disability insurance as well. So far neither has been approved. If anybody needs help it’s my friend. Anything that can be done to help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize upfront if there’s something I don’t know that has prevented her from getting help but since nobody has been in contact, we have no idea if help it’s on the way or something has made her ineligible.

I just want to say that Ms.Casandra Russell and the team there have been a blessing to me in the past. Always there with ki dress and understanding in my time of desperation. Thank you all for being a part of our community in which we can depend on for help

Never answer the phone always the run around in dadeville. Help who they want not always who need help
