Living here has been an absolute pleasure! The townhome itself is incredibly cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. Every detail, from the spacious layout to the charming finishes, adds to the comfort and charm. What truly sets this community apart, though, is Isabel the property manager. She is exceptionally kind, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and cared for. Her dedication makes all the difference, creating a welcoming and stress-free living experience. Highly recommend!

Horrible place to live, management and their customer service is awful they are lazy and unwilling to help. Especially the Hispanic lady at the office who is always sitting at the desk being lazy and doesn't care about your problems. Rarely does the running water work there. They try to charge you for almost anything you do and limit how many cars you can have parked when yet there is plenty of space. Somethings always broken and they "fix" it yea right. Not enough lighting don't feel safe. Instead of towing parked cars why don't they come tow the cars blocking people in from getting out? Don't bother living here anything is better then here.

They should really update their exterior painting looks very old and outdated. City of garland should really consider contacting the owners to take action on there exterior of the property’s.

This is the worst place to live. If you have a family don't even look at these apartments. We lived right in the front facing the street and still got robbed in broad day light kicked in our door. The apartment told us we can break the lease anytime because of that. So we were looking into getting a house witch takes some time we'll shortly after that someone breaks in through a window witch was impossible to lock these apartments arnt even secure the maintenance had to put screws in our windows just to keep them from opening since the locks didn't work. Oh and when it rains water will come inside witch is also a plus (sarcasm) so we found a home we told them in one week we will be moving they said ok and to pay them 187.00 so we did and after they got the money they said they need another 800.00 because we didn't give them a 30 day notice. Ridiculous!! I asked them why would they expect the 187.00 for a week and then tell us after they got the money that they need more money because we didn't "HIVE THEM A 30 DAY NOTICE" but yet told us WE COULD BREAK THE LEASE AT ANYTIME BECAUSE OF THE BREAK IN .... so I told them ok refund the 187.0p and we will leave today and they said ha those RECEIPTS THAT THEY GAVE US are a JOKE !! And also to add the cherry on top they blamed us for the break ins.. seriously ridiculous how would they feel if they got robbed and we told them that's their fault or problem they ran the suspects off that day let them leave with out belongings and then called the cops and said the cameras don't record .. just horrible do not move here !!

Terrible place I have had leaving there for two years everything was cleaned and when I trying to move out they never gave me back my 300 dollars deposit and for some little issues or fix somethings they never go to trying to fix those things horrible place definitively don't recommend

It's horrible asked to fix bathtub and they came and nothing got fixed worst place to live I bet u thee hood apartments will fix a simple thing like a bathtubs
