I hope you don't find yourself in need of government resources or God forbid you have a dhr, or foodstamp issue. This backwoods po-dunk county could use new employees, it's, old antiquated staff makes me think of of what's wrong with our country

they allow and assist abusive parents to have free legal representation to maintain custody while making hard working law abiding fathers continue to pay child support. The state makes $$ from that.

The only reason I am giving a 5 star is because of the person they assigned as my Parenting Coach, LaDarius. I know he doesn't work for dhr, he works with them, but he deserves praise all around. He has went above and beyond for me and my kids. He has been such a blessing in a hard situation.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet. But the people that review the cases need better training. I turned in 8 pay stubs and they still called me I gave my info on my newest check stub to her which was the same as the others just to be told i am sorry but you make $6 to much for any help from them. I totally understand they have guidelines. But I no people that have bran new cars and houses and have good paying jobs that get $1000 a month but I am being truthful about all my info and get told keep starving we can not help you

Love them, very sweet and helpful with teaching you how to go about applying for AFDC, foodstamps, Medicaid, or childsupport. Very knowledgeable staff. These ladies work very hard, and get very little to no recognition. I hope they get paid well , and receive good benefits. SHE workers are all very sweet and help out families who may need to contact other agencies that help out needy families. May everyone who works there, or who has a case there be blessed. Love & light sent to you all. Namaste

Communication is the key in everything we do and I feel there is really no communication unless you call over and over and leave messages and then hope for a call back and finally have to call and ask for a supervisor ... Nice people but communication? There is none and its sad 🙁
