I had the pleasure of attending the Crowne Healthcare Beauty Pageant April 30 in Eufaula, AL. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I had not even heard of this before. When I got there I noticed the friendly staff and cleanliness. I was impressed from walking in the door with the warmth I felt. I was there to support my long time friend Twila “Aka Granny” 😂. When I tell you the staff supported these women they showed out with helping them to all be beautiful. From their hair all the way to their feet. They also give them the dresses. They knew how to make these women feel special and their kindness and support shined through.

The only thing I wish they would make a change in for the pageant is to have the queens mc’ing this event come to the ladies so we can see their faces along with the judges. When they walked or rolled in we were sitting to the side so we couldn’t see their faces that good. But other than that I applaud them for a job well done. 👍

Twila won 1st runner up and her best friend won Crowne Health Care Beauty 2024. I didn’t get to meet the nice lady who won 2nd runner up but everybody was smiling and happy.

My uncle stayed here until he passed. My mother has been their since 2018. I am so very satisfied with the care, treatment and love that they receive! They always answer any questions that I have. I cannot express enough my love and appreciation that my loved ones have been shown. Thanks so much! It means the world to not have to worry about my loved ones!!

My mother and father were both at Crowne Health Care at the same time, for rehab. I have no complaints. Rehab services were excellent. They were both on A-Wing. The entire wing staff were helpful, pleasant, and accommodating.
If the need arises, we will use Crowne again.

If you care about someone and don't want them abused then stay away from here . It was the best couple of people who were concerned and they tried to help but the abuse only got worse . The staff pull together to cover for each other and surprising to me the nursing supervisor's would make excuses for the staff . Medication for pain was delayed from 45 mins to 1 to 2 hrs . I was given milk that had expired in Sept 2023 and this was Feb 2024 , I had problem stopping my nausea and could eat very little. Again it was treated as nothing but I asked how many residents were given spoiled milk and they had no idea of any . There are a few great people that really care but it is nightmare at what goes on and they have no fear of any reprimand.

They are very rude and unprofessional. They don’t clean rooms but about once a week. They do take out the trash, but my grandmother’s room is filthy. They continuously refuse to cut her pills in half, unless a certain nurse is working. They won’t encourage her to get up or eat and she is constantly losing more and more weight. They tell us she is eating and getting up, but we know for a fact she won’t eat nor get out of bed. They are rude, will hang up on family members who call to check on her, and get angry when you ask them to do tasks they should do on a daily basis. I would not recommend this home to anyone.

This facility is a gem nestled in the city of Eufaula Alabama . The management and staff are second to none. Quality care and lasting friendships for your loved one! I am so thankful for each of the employees that handled my moms care for the last 3 months after a hip fracture. She is 82 and it’s back on her feet! She become known as Aunt Rachel to all the employees and loved every minute of it. It was sad when we had to leave . She felt at home with them and that means a lot. I never worried a single minute about the care given to her. I strongly recommend if you have a need.

I’m here for rehabilitation after knee replacement surgery. I’m not sure SOME of the Nurses truly understand about pain and staying ahead of it. My pain medication should be every 6 hrs. It’s more like every whenever I get it to you. Once pain starts it’s harder to get it under control. I WISH THEY UNDERSTOOD.
