Girls trip on way home! Called ahead for price and availability , the desk Clerk very nice. We arrived around 5:30 - check in went well. Our room on 1st floor. It was very comfortable. The beds are comy. We wish the pillows were bigger. The free|Breakfast and coffee were good. It was a bit too chilly to go swimming but we sat out around and enjoyed some drinks. We ordered pizza from dominos and had deliverd . I would try Pizza Hut next time. Dominos had good taste however it lacked much ing. |Definitely would stay again

First impression was that the room was clean but musty, however it only took about 15 minutes for the room to cool down. I was overall content until the kid next door to us started with screaming from laughter at 11 PM. I figured they needed time to settle down but by 11:30 I went up to the front desk to ask them to tell the room to quiet down because they were keeping us awake. We had two children in our own room who were being affected by the noise. The noise continued to get louder so we proceeded with another two visits to the front office as well as a phone call. The front desk told me that they were calling their room and would text them as well. At 12:30 AM they said they could not go and knock on their door as they did not want to wake up other guests… but yet it was okay for them to keep us up. I was also lied to as I was told the general manager would be in at 10 AM the next morning. That morning I went to the front desk again to confirm when the general manager would be in and I was informed by another employee that he was off that day. So I am very unhappy after not getting much sleep and now I have learned that the nighttime staff has blatantly lied. I am very disappointed after spending $140 for a few hours of sleep and will not be returning to this location. I have also requested the general manager call me to discuss this matter further.

It’s overall a 4star rating but, no elevator to 2nd floor; breakfast was decent but not as hot as it could have been in comparison to other Days Inns I’ve stayed at, Rooms were clean but beds memory foam or similar mattress lost its memory and wasn’t as comfortable - a bit in the soft side. Perhaps simply needed replacing. Access was tricky if you came in the wrong way. Map systems request you to merge onto an overpass and then make a u-turn on the overpass and go west bound and then cross over an illegal marker to make another u-turn to take an off ramp to get into the hotel parking lot. Hotel could use a frontage road access to get to the hotel itself. I’d stay there again but would try and opt for a ground level floor. First night had a neighbor that appeared to be arguing quite loudly with someone on a phone. At least till midnight or later. Was too tired to complain about it.. second night was much better. Overall a good place to stay for the money.

One of the beds were soiled with hot cheeto prints. Probably not cleaned. There was no breakfast available at 8 AM even after I requested a refill. The room above me was loud until 1 AM and I had to complain twice. And still wasn't resolved.
