Called multiple times regarding an emergency case. I called the emergency number never received an answer. I called the main line during business hours and she only took my name and number. After not receiving a call back. I called again and explain the severity of the case and she said okay, I got your name and number. This is concerning 4 children one with autism and an infant in need of medical care. The other boys are under 10. They are literally living on the streets, and hotels when someone is nice enough to buy them a room. We are going on 3 months of trying to get DHR involved. How long does it typically take to get a call back for emergency situation!? The family bounces between hotels and walking so timely response is necessary.

Unprofessional. I called to check on my 3 children's child support payments. The lady who answered said if he's on cs for another kids I only get 50%

I explained that he is not . I'm the only person he's on child support for my three children . The lady kept insisting. I called him and he confirmed what I told her. Now she's refusing to answer the phone .

I think they have been stealing my children's money and now I can't speak to anyone. I reported them to the Montgomery facility and I'm waiting for a supervisor. I've called my attorney and I'm going to do a full investigation on everything and pursue them with a lawsuit.

If you cannot tolerate talking on phones and assisting people who are in need. You need to RETIRE ! and allow someone suitable to work in the call center.

Now I've gotta drive to the darn office just to figure out what is going on and I need to get that woman's name because THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Good luck getting someone to answer! I've been on hold 35minutes and it sounds like someone keeps picking up the phone then placing it back on hold without saying anything.

I just want to say thank you to Mrs Porter who worked with me a few tines within a week to help me get my case approved. She called to communicate with me about documents that she needed and when I had questions she picked up my calls. Something that is so uncommon nowadays is someone communicating and returning your calls. I know the office is short staffed and although Mrs Porter was in appointments daily, she still made time to assist me with helping my family. We thank you Mrs. Porter!!

They never answer the phone NEVER. When you come to the office they’re not even here. Where are our tax dollars going to? I’m on the brink of becoming an activist this state needs major changes.

It's extremely hard to get in touch with anyone, not even your case worker. I have literally been listening to this horrible elevator music for the last 20 minutes, and going down there isn't any better, when the same nasty attitudes are still working there. A year has passed and still no change, today I have been on hold for an hour, hearing your wait time is such and such minutes. And when someone finally calls me back, she has the nastiest attitude and wouldn't even answer my question, stating she didn't know what I was supposed to do. If I could give this place 0 stars I sure would. It's a building full of the nastiest black women , who feel like because they have a title, they can treat people any kind of way. What's the purpose of working in customer service, if you have no customer service skills. I will be making a formal complaint to Montgomery, let's see how fast things change.

Worker 255, is very diligent!!!! Thank God, she's my Case worker. BC IF she doesn't care, she doesn't show it!!!!!! Lol. Thanks to all y'all employees!!!! But my Case worker in 2028!!!!!!! THANKS FR.

My son is a single father to 3 boys. He had his phone interview and emailed his worker the information requested. A couple of days later his case was closed. I called on his behalf to find out why, no one answered the phone. I then called Montgomery and spoke with 2 of the nicest representatives. 3 days later he received his benefits. Sometimes we have to go over the heads of the people that won't help to find the people that will help.
