Hice un pedido al hotel por Uber Eats, después de esperar más de 1 hora me dijeron que no tenían NADA de lo que había pedido y me quisieron enviar cualquier otra cosa. Tenía alta expectativa del lugar, pero realmente no merece la pena. Muy muy malo el servicio y la comida también (porque ni siquiera la enviaron!)

Their barbecue is absolutely delicious. They have three different sauces to choose from, but I love the spicy. The employees are so courteous and they keep the dining area and the counter is so clean.

Second time in a row I’ve came here an hour before close and walked into this, months apart. I understand precleaning but this is ridiculous. There are still some places to sit, but the entire self service station is broken down. Last time we still ordered and the food was room temp to warm because they had taken everything out of the hot holding area too. Tonight we left. It’s a shame because when they are fully functional it’s a nice last minute quick meal. Hours of operation should be full operations.

I really hate leaving bad reviews… but the food here was so disappointing that I feel the need to. This is the first Dickey’s I’ve ever eaten at, so I’m not sure if my experience was typical of the brand, or if it’s just this location. I got a 1 Meat Plate with Brisket, barbecue beans, and mac ‘n cheese. The brisket was so dry, tough, and salty that it reminded me of eating beef jerky. The mac ‘n cheese tasted like it had been made a week ago and nuked in the microwave until it was blazing hot. The beans were actually okay, I will say. The employees looked depressed and dead inside and service was very slow, despite there being almost no other customers there. Again, I feel bad writing such a negative review but I paid almost $20 for my food and ended up throwing most of it away because I couldn’t eat it. I’m just saying… lower your expectations before coming here, people.

Just ordered, literally. And the issue is false advertising or a Doordash driver taking off green onions, chicken and bacon. I highly doubt it because who would remove this combination?

You falsely advertise the chicken potato baker as having green onion, bacon, and chicken, among other ingredients. I receive a pinky nail amount of chicken... literally... on this potato order. Zero green onion, ZERO bacon. A pinky nail of chicken. (No it's not hiding anywhere.)

And ZERO butter, from the looks/taste of this. My order was to include *all* of these things, per your order form.

Now how can you justify an $11-dollar baked potato that has none of these things on them? You are falsely advertising.

I will be posting reviews on every outlet I can. Yep, same order person as the review. here And about 30 minutes ago as posting this review I placed the order.

The brisket was dry, tough and over seasoned; the baked beans tasted soured. The pulled pork was a bit dry. The Mac & cheese and bread were good..the tables weren’t clean.

It was absolutely awful. We ordered country fried steak loaded mash potatoes THERE WASNT NO GRAVY. DIDN'T GET THE ONIONS OR PICKELS BRISKET SANDWICH WAS NASTY. I'LL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! Give all O's!!

Stopped in for some lunch with my partner. The employees were very nice, prompt, and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious as well. Will be back. Wanna try the country fried steak 🙂
