I switched to Dr.Fain when my son was 3 months old, immediately he wanted the best for my son. I cannot brag about him enough, he always welcomes my son with kindness and listens to my concerns/questions. We’ve never had a bad visit with him and will continue to recommend him.

Dr. Fain and his staff have always been warm, kind, and patient with my family. He has always addressed my concerns as a very anxious mother with compassion and an open mind. Ms. Sally at the front desk recently went out of her way to assist me with a billing issue with my child’s insurance when it was my responsibility to do so. If you’re browsing through the reviews, I guess you’ll see some nasty recent ones… but my assumption is that one unhappy parent took to social media and had several people write negative reviews whose children do not even see Dr. Fain. If you spent even 5 minutes in this office, you would have a hard time not taking those nasty reviews with a grain of salt and forming your own opinion.

OMG I love him and his staff. I came from a bad dr situation. What a difference a caring environment can make. He is very direct and honest. Takes the time to know your child. My kid is never scared to go to the dr now.

He was so grumpy with my then four-year-old daughter she was upset about having to get a shot (as most little kids are).He amplified the situation by yelling at her which upset her more and when I was consoling her he had the audacity to tell me that I had a problem disciplining my child!! I was just consoling my crying very sick daughter at the time . anyway ,we both left in tears that day and I have never went back . We now see Dr Wurm and he is caring and compassionate . He has a great bedside manner and took the time to get to know my daughter. She is no longer scared of doctors now

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Especially if your child has autism. My 3 year old who has autism and is nonverbal was throwing a tantrum so I tried calming him down and getting him on the table myself but he was freaking out and so I asked DR. FAIN to examine my 1 year old first. As I was picking my one year old up, Dr. fain SNATCHED my 3 year old up and threw him on the exam table and held his arms down saying he has to examine him, as my sons screaming and crying. After I already told the dr to examine my one year old first. This dr is very aggressive and thinks he can discipline other people’s children. I didn’t say anything when he smacked my one year olds hand from touching his computer before this incident. But NO DOCTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO GRAB A CHILD LIKE THAT. ESPECIALLY A NONVERBAL CHILD that can’t defend himself or let you know that you’re hurting him. He should not be able to see children at all. I asked the front desk for a number to report him but “she didn’t know what number I’m talking about” a police report was made and also a complaint to the medical board.

I can not recommend this office at all. The receptionist that answered the phone was rude. She offered an appointment but when she was unable to see my daughter's chart she took the appointment back and hung up. Your staff is people's first impression of you. I will not be given this office anymore of my hard earned money. I called another office that was amazing and glad I called another doctor because my child needed to be hospitalized due to how sick she was. Shame on this doctor.
