Everyone was so professional from the minute I walked in. Dr Noblin was exceptional and discussed my case with me and listened. The building location was convenient. I will definitely return and recommend highly. Also the check out desk employee would get up to open the door for patients that were having trouble. Great facility!

My senior grandmother had surgery done by Noblin, and months later she is in extreme pain because it feels to her like the hardware they put in has come loose or something and is hitting a nerve. She's showed up to their office almost crying from the pain, and their office staff refuses to even try to get her seen any earlier than her months-out scheduled checkup. She can't get in contact with Noblin or anyone else up the chain to get help. The ER, Urgent Care, and other doctors (even in the same group) refuse to do anything for her while she's Noblin's patient, and none of them have had any success in convincing this awful office staff that she has a serious problem and needs to be seen.

Update: She finally was able to see someone after much difficulty. A long screw from their hardware came out of her bone, and while it was visibly ALMOST POKING THOUGH HER SKIN, the nurse accused my grandmother of just having elbow pain, after starting the conversation with a flippant "why are you here". After being seen by 2 more people (only because she begged for help), an extremely nervous physician's assistant finally cut out the screw.

She still hasn't been able to contact Noblin, HER SURGEON.

These people are fine until after they get your money, then they're a joke.

My experience was great.. Everyone was very friendly and moving extremely quickly to get you seen… Dr. Noblin is a very experience doctor and knowledgeable about the injuries athletes faces… Thank you 🙏🏽…

Dr. Noblin has one of the best bedside manner. He and his staff make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They explain everything to you making it easy to understand. They answer any and all questions you have in regards to your visit and procedures. The entire Bienville Orthopedic front desk makes you feel welcome and special. Thanks for what you all do!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful..I was so afraid when I was told that I had to have surgery, I wanted a second opinion. I did research and learned that Dr Noblin was very qualified with near 30 years experience. when I went to have the staples removed from my hip and leg he explained everything and gave me a picture from the X-ray. I saw the the rod and screws that were in my left hip. I had forgotten that he did that and just thought the bone was reset..I highly recommend Dr . Jeffrey D. Noblin for any type of bone surgery.
