I was on the line with a young lady attempting to change contact information. She was so rude . I asked is there another way to handle a certain situation without coming into the office and she got completely quite on me . Once I asked again she rudely told me that if I can’t go on the patient portal then there’s no other option. I didn’t know that going on the portal was ever an option. I asked her twice and she didn’t give me that answer at all. She just got silent on me and start speaking to me in a very uninteresting tone . The task was simple . Having such poor customer service makes me uncomfortable with you all having all of my personal and health information. That’s was the worst experience I’ve ever had with you all!

Clinic is a joke as well as staff.. Unprofessional at it's nicest.. They booked me on so many useless appointments to the point kid one can't even transport me to that clinic anymore because they always gone for the day, smh..I wouldn't take my dog to this clinic on it's last breath..oh and don't even try to complain because the older white lady(manager) never finds any wrong within her staff🙄 And this was today.. Currently filling out papers for another dr now as i type this... Uab pediatrics for kids is always better..This clinic is Ghetto along with it's staff.. Just shut it down already

I personally thought this place was Great! Been coming here since October. I had my Maternity Appts here. The Nurse Staff were always so Friendly, made me Feel comfortable.
Also my kids were seen by the Dentist here. They Did a great Job working with them... so Far never had any issues with long wait times.

All of the staff is VERY rude. At my first appointment I tried to bring in my mother and I called while in the parking lot to ask and the woman laughed over the phone and said “ nooo” then hung up the phone. They don’t take the extra steps to make a clean environment ether. I had to have blood drew and the lady got blood everywhere ( let me say to she had rips in her gloves from her nails so IK it got on her hands )wasn’t even entertaining the thought of cleaning it up. And there definitely not going to rush to see you ether I was the only person in my client part and had to sit in one of the nasty rooms that still had the stuff from the last person sitting there for 35 minutes before I even saw somebody
