I have had nothing but a pleasant experience choosing the exchange as my new home. Damonica was welcoming when we wanted to tour, and she and Jordan have been super helpful with all of our million questions! The application process online was a little confusing but the girls help us every step of the way. So thankful!

I moved here from WI 4 months ago, and cannot support or say enough about the staff here! Especially Jordan and the folks in the office. I love this place! Jordan and staff in the office, maintenance crew, valet trash service- they truly are the greatest and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and bring the community together….Not to mention how hard they work keeping the grounds annd saltwater pool looking pristine. Affordable luxury comfort, with the best team you’ll call family!

I’m not one to leave reviews with anything really but Tracy, Demonica, and Jordans service can’t go unnoticed. I struggled with finding the right place to move into for months. These 3 ladies have made the experience so easy and convenient. I’ve had a couple service requests I’ve put in for normal wear and tear things that they have tended to either immediately or scheduled it to be fixed and followed through with it. Even the maintenance guys are so nice and helpful. So far everything is phenomenal.

Damonica is the best! So sweet and knowledgeable. I was recommended to tour from a friend who currently lives here. Beautiful complex and great amenities. After touring several other local complexes, there is no comparison. Damonica answered any possible questions and was so helpful.
