Positive: Late night arrival but FAST, friendly service. Room looked new. Comfortable beds, good AC, new carpet, paint, BEAUTIFUL new bathroom tile. Morning person was also very friendly. Very quiet. Good view. Good price. Negative: Only 1 sheet per bed: bottom sheet was on one bed, top sheet was on the other bed, blanket was dirty, room smelled, bathroom floor & shower curtain dirty. Very nasty. White substance, either spit or something worse, on bed cover. Greasy fingerprints on bed cover. Grease (?) stains on floor. Prepaid but couldn't stay because of the smell. Meth? Crack? Chemical smell I've never smelled before.
Unfortunately, refunds are not an option. Spend the extra money and go to a cleaner, safer place. You get what you pay for.

My reservation was for a king bed. When I arrived I was told there weren't any available but for the same price, I could have two double beds. I had already paid and no refund. What a joke and the room smells bad!

Do not stay here! BED BUGS! The room smelled awful, the water smelled weird, the AC didn't work properly and bugs! We found roaches, spider and bed bugs. We brought this to the managers attention and was told that no one has ever complained, even after showing them the evidence it still turn into an altercation with another guy that decided to come and get into too. Was told the owner is not in the country. Was offered our money back if we cleaned the room!! We called the heath department and the police.

I have stayed at a number of lower price hotels and adjust my standards based on the price point of the rooms. Cleanliness though is a non-negotiable for me. This hotel left a lot to be desired. On the positive, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The room though, was in dire need of an update and a good cleaning. It smelled musty and dirty. The furniture was old, stained and mismatched. (The bed was firm and relatively comfortable) The bathroom was down right gross. The bathtub needed to be scrubbed, the towels were old, rough and stained. There was a small frig and microwave in the room. The frig was all rusty on the top. The continental breakfast consisted of two types of cold cereal, a loaf of white bread and some pre-packaged honey buns. Milk and juice were served out of gallon jugs. ||||I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Worst Place Ever!!! Asked if room available for 2 nights said nobody has rooms because of a bike rally,as I walked out the lady says oh I have one room available $150 night, said I will check around she says I'll give it to you for $80,so said ok ,gives me key go to room it's dirty,chairs in room filthy,furniture from 70's,I go to office lady says I clean every day,probably missed that room for a year,says oh I have another room just canceled you will like,go check it out dirty,room smelled,i tell her I'm sorry but I'm going to pass, she said no refund I already charged your card $165,I'm like I'm not staying it's filthy she says sorry no refund,I tell her calling my card to cancel purchase for fraud,she says ok refund,returns $150 says $15 to clean room for next customer!! Need to have place inspected,dirty,wholes on walls, lights switches don't work,
