Absolutely Awful customer service and never returning unless the employee mentioned is fired immediately. Never one to write a review, but Paige (Or whatever her name is I don't care, she's short, blonde, and pale) working cashier is the worst employee I have ever interacted with. She singlehandedly has cost me over $100 due to her arrogance, incompetence, and scam-artist-like behavior. Today's incident involved me trading in some items, and wanting to use that trade-in credit to pay for a new game, I researched the 20% off policy (POSTED ON WEBSITE AND IN THEIR STORE) and traded in my games, walked over to the new game section, and checked out the new game. This takes literal seconds between check outs, however apparently that was enough time to tell me that I didn't qualify for the 20% because it "wasn't in a single transaction", which Paige did not inform me of during the trade in. Not only that, in early November Paige knowingly authorized sale of 2 broken games to me, and despite knowing full well that her company had screwed up after the fact, refused to refund the purchase and left me over $90 in the hole, with no way to trade them back in either since she knew they we're defective. Don't go to this Gamestop or you will get scammed by Paige, just like I and probably any others have until she gets fired.

They never answer the phone When I called to ask a question. I live quite a ways away, so I don’t wanna drive unless I’m sure I’m getting what I’m asking for. They claim they’re always too busy to answer the phone, but nobody’s ever in that store.

Idk why but everytime they be clocking in they get in their car post a sign on the door and leave🤣I guess they getting paid but I can’t get no games 😣

The pops on sales should really show what's not included if the employees are unaware. Very quaint GameStop though!

The ocean spring store is the best. I was mad at a manager from another store and took it out on gamestop as a whole. I've changed my review to reflect my new experiences. There's one employee who goes above and beyond for the customers. Her name is Baileigh and she's the best. She is the one sole employee who carries this store.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Micah has gone above and beyond and we appreciate him so much. He is awesome! The employees are always very knowledgeable in this store and they have many great items.

March 12th 2024 at 5:10pm, I walk in the store to get a new copy of Animal Crossing, which they did not have in stock. As my daughter and I browse, we here the employee talk to another customer about how horrible Xbox is and that they will cease to exist soon. This was not great for my daughter to hear considering she used her birthday money to purchase a Xbox Series S. Point is, probably not appropriate for her arbitrarily bad mouth the products you sell, as well as spread unsubstantiated rumors and fear mongering. It also makes no business sense.

I also wanted to add that their used copy without a case was $2 more than a brand new copy at Walmart.
