Estuvimos dos noches para celebrar nuestro aniversario. El ambiente, el porche de la habitación y la ubicación no tiene precio!! Está rodeado de música en vivo pero a la misma vez la habitación muy silenciosa, los jardines con mesas para sentarte y relajarte y oír música. La mansión es Foco central del pueblo de Gruene! A parte del gruene music hall, el más antiguo de Texas! La mansión está al lado, con lo cual puedes andar a los conciertos, restaurantes, bares y tiendas! Muy cerca del pueblo de New Branfaulds, un pueblo muy bonito también donde puedes ir a caminar, comer delicioso o valuarte en el rio!!

Love this hotel, is there any better place to stay in Gruene than this! We weren’t able to get a room in the main building but very happy with our Gruene room which is set behind the main house. Very spacious bedrooms with decent bathroom and shower (in bath tub). Loved the decor, the view over the courtyard as well as the outdoor courtyard space. Right in the centre of everything, next to the Gruene Hall but surprisingly the music and noise did not disturb us at all. Would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Gruene.

Most gorgeous rustic hotel I have stayed in ever. Sits above the Guadeloupe River and steps from the famous Gruene Dance hall. All rooms are appointed well with extras like microwave and fridge. This one had a great fireplace that was very handy on our rather chilly night. Service rates low since there isn't room service but they do offer breakfast for a fee. 4 restaurants in walking distance

Overrated would be a title i would use. Yes the location is excellent right next to Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas. Great outdoor space to sit and relax. I like the fact they kept the rooms traditional, but the attic space is just too small for a person with a certain height. It should include breakfast with these high prices. Most of the plugs did not work and were located inconvieniently.

This is the place to stay when visiting Gruene. Perfect location for walking to the dance hall, bars, shops and restaurants. You can park in front of your room and the place is so quiet and relaxing. We are ready to come back and stay here again.

This is a photo of Bertha 's Bedroom on the upper floor of The Gruene Mansion Inn. Beautifully appointed room and comfortable bed. The balcony photos are directly outside of the bedroom. Wonderful view of main street Gruene. Staff, accommodations and food were wonderful!

We cancelled our reservation 3 weeks prior to the reservation date and was informed it's company policy that we will be charged $75 for the cancellation fee. I explained that we're cancelling due to the measle out break in their city and we're concerned about taking our family there. They did not take the measle out break into consideration and still charged us the cancellation fee. I think this is a terrible way to run a business.
