Worst $8 I’ve ever spent. The sandwich was dried out like it had been sitting out for hours. The drink is literally FULL of ice. Was looking forward to a good Hardee’s breakfast after work and was extremely disappointed. Folks just drive the extra quarter mile to Chic fil A, cause this was terrible. The hash brown bites were fresh and good. Only good part of it.

Hardee's use to be the breakfast place for Biscuits, but I don't know what happened 😕 the Biscuits DO NOT TASTE THE SAME AS BEFORE! I don't know if they changed the RECIPE, but they need to change it back!!! They have a aftertaste now and I've noticed this a few years ago, but I thought it was me, but after trying a few times I knew it was the Biscuit!!! Plus asking other customers who also agree the Biscuit have changed.

The dining area had somewhat of a mildew smell. I was trying to figure the mysterious smell out. It was also a bit warm in that area as well. The restaurant was very clean. The counter staff and back line were very nice and quick. The 5.00 special is awesome for the financial crisis we are all a part of at this time.

Early morning drive through visit.
First interactions mean a lot. I was politely greeted at the ordering screen by a freindly employee. I'm a firm believer in first impressions setting the stage for the food experience. I ordered a fried chicken biscuit and a Maple Bacon biscuit. I pulled around to the window and was greeted again with a polite, "Good Morning, your total is...", providing pleasant customer service. We all know that polite customer service has been lacking in some industries over the past few years and fast food service nears the top of the list. This Hardee's is obviously trying to improve this impression. The chicken needed to be fried, meaning fresh fast food. I pulled forward, which is typical when waiting on food to cook.
After a short wait, and employee dashed my food to the truck window, informed me that the food was very hot and to be cautious. This is also appreciated.
I would rate customer service at this location as high as a typical Chik-Fil-A.
This location is obviously managed by knowledgeable leadership and operated by caring staff members.
Give this location a try! Highly recommend.

I went through the drive-thru at 11:28 a.m. craving a pork chop & gravy biscuit. I was told that they were out of breakfast and that's why the lunch menu was there. Highly disappointed. It's advertised that breakfast lasts until noon. I guess they didn't want to cook nothing else. You shouldn't advertise breakfast until noon if it's not going to be available until noon.

Very disappointed. What is this red stuff on the tray and eggs? Called the store to complain and got denial and disrespectful response from manager. Then my called the health department and was pretty much told they couldn’t do much but reiterate proper food handling. Then she called district office but got no answer. She left a message and her phone number. Later the manager called her and he immediately began lying about how he got her number. I called him from my phone so he didn’t know her number. Just wondering what’s going on inside that restaurant. I have been a regular customer but now I can’t possibly go there again

They didnt know what specials they were serving& 11a, they didnt know if lunch was served..i asked for a plain Cheezburger, they left the Cheez off.duh. Management was nice, however..

Every time i go there they mess something up i end up making 2 trips then they act like there doing u a favor by making u new food SMH it wouldn't be so bad if it was. Every now and then but i swear its every single time they want to get a attitude with u cause they messed up and ive cooked before no-one is perfect ..understood i would like to go there at least once and get what i ordered get new cooks or something my order is not hard steak biscuit w/c very simple they will give me everything but SMH D'berville Hardees
