Stopped by this place 10 minutes before closing with a pretty big problem on our boat trailer. We were greeted with smiles and willingness to help despite them literally closing the gate when we pulled up! Prices are great but customer service is even better and that’s what matters most to me!

I noticed my trailer tires were rubbing on my fenders. The guys evaluated the situation & put some new heavier duty leaf springs & also replaced my damaged tires. They did a great job & for a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the work they did for me.

Hull and Hitch had a great turn around time. I contacted Roy (the owner) and told him I needed a repair done on my Softwash trailer. He had me in that afternoon and out the next morning. Less then 24 hours is a strong turnaround in this business. Great company to work with and it’s the only place I bring any of my trailers.

Hi! Writing from my husbands account and just wanted to post a review about our experience last week.

We are full time rv travelers and were visiting the area for the week. We found ourselves in a huge pickle when we realized the equalizer on one side of the trailer completely broke & we had no suspension, with the other side not too far behind.
We called this company on a Thursday (after two other companies strung us along for three days and never called back or showed up) and that afternoon had a guy come out to the campground we were staying at to check things out. Very nice guy and later found out he’s the owner. He told us he had all of the parts in stock and would be sending us an estimate via text later in the day. He said they would be back the next day around 9am and was hoping they could have the job done by check out time (11am/12pm).
He came back the next morning with another guy and in 45 mins, they had the job done. It was a huge relief knowing we could safely get on the road that day with our three young kids.

The only negative thing (and my reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was the price. We were charged $400 in labor, despite the job taking a fraction of the time we were originally told to estimate. I don’t know much about that kind of stuff but I feel like that price estimate should have been adjusted once the job was done and we knew how long it actually took. However I don’t like confrontation, and my husband was working, so I bit my tongue and paid it.

Anyway overall great experience, they were extremely helpful guys, would recommend if you’re in a pickle.

These guys are the best! I needed a small trailer for my kayak (tired of lifting it onto my SUV) and they set me up with a lightly-used but completely refurbished (with all stainless hardware too!) 14ft jon boat trailer that they custom fit to my kayak! Now I've got so much more freedom to take my 'yak anywhere coast-wide to enjoy all of these waterways! Thanks Roy and Mike!
