I went to the appointment yesterday to have the Nexplanon implant removed and I don't know why the doctor did this to me? I have a lot of pain, they did not prescribe me any type of medicine or something to prevent infection, today I was dialing so that they will help me and I did not have any response, during the procedure I could notice that I did not know what the doctor was doing, at the end or measure the device after removing it, I'm scared, I don't know if I was right to go to this clinic

fui a la cita el día de ayer, para que me removieran el implante Nexplanon y no se porque el doctor me hizo esto? tengo mucho dolor, no me recetaron ningún tipo de medicina o algo para prevenir infección, hoy estuve marcando para que me ayudarán y no tuve ninguna respuesta, durante el procedimiento pude notar que no sabia lo que estaba haciendo el doctor, al finalizar ni midio el dispositivo después de retirarmelo, estoy asustada no se si hice bien al ir a esta clínica

Llego 30 minutos antes de mi cita y tardado más de una hora para quee atiendan y termino casi 3 horas en esa clínica 😔 antes no eran así...

Here currently these wait times are ridiculous I’ve been here 1 hour in counting if the appointment is for 8 I need to be SEEN by 8:45 not 9, 9:15, 9:30 people have things to do, kids to get back into school, and overall my time not BEING WASTED waiting on your companies BAD TIME MANAGEMENT! This problem needs to be addressed nationwide and needs to be a law!

Also NOBODY PICKS up the phone, can’t
schedule online I don’t feel like coming up here EVERYTIME I need to make an appointment for another day?!?

My granddaughter saw this Obgyn Kimberly Cox at this facility, and she said she was rude and she only stayed in the room for 5 minutes. She also said this Dr. Cox asked her if she was on drugs and didn't seem interested in the problems that she was having in the least bit. She put my granddaughter on birth control and didn't even tell her why. I wish I had gone back there with her. She's 19 and should not have had to go through that. If she doesn't like her job, then she needs to find another one. I wish I could've given her a zero. Now she has to pay out more money to go to see another Obgy, and you wonder why our insurance goes up.

They can't be bothered to call you back. I had a question about test results so I called, they didn't answer so I left a message. That was 2 months ago, still haven't heard from them. Atm Im trying to schedule an appointment but Im on day THREE of trying to call they now have 3 voicemails from me....wtf. I can't and I won't so I'm done here, going to a different place.

For the record, who ever is answering these reviews saying, " We regret that you had a poor experience with us or We apologize for...." blah blah maybe you should hire better front desk receptionists since it looks like these bad reviews go backs years about them. My regret is not seeing them before I established myself with this place.

I have been calling this place for over a week straight and NO ONE answers the phones here. This has to be one of the worse medical establishments in Huntsville AL. I've left a voicemail for a return call multiple times and no one has reached out. I came in over a month ago for a referral to see a cardiologist. Yesterday I went to check on the referral since no doctor has called me. HFHC gave me a referral order but the Heart Center said a referral was never sent over. Will definitely be switching to a better Health Center. I've had enough

Front desk people have attitudes and my daughters appointments were at 1pm and 1:20pm and have been here since 12:45 because they said to arrive early and Now It's 1:34pm. Not so very welcoming and worst customer service
