The room was more or less, the television could not be seen since it did not work, there was only cold water, but passable.
The terrible thing is the customer service, since we paid for one night but we checked out before, and the response from the reception was "WE DO NOT RENT THE ROOMS BY THE HOUR, ONLY BY DAYS,"
At no time was the price discussed for the time we were in the room, I think that as long as they charge what is per day, it is not their problem if the room is used for 30 minutes or a few hours,...that is to say, neither to the case your comment about the "lady"

They should check in whose hands they leave their clients.
I would not go back....

La habitación más o menos , la televisión no se podía ver ya que no funcionaba, solo había agua fría, pero pasable.
Lo pésimo es el servicio al cliente, ya que pagábamos por una noche pero hicimos check out antes, y la respuesta de la recepción fue " NOSOTROS NO RENTAMOS LOS CUARTOS POR HORA , SOLO POR DÍAS, "
En ningún momento se le discutió el precio por el tiempo que estuvimos en el cuarto, creo que mientras ellos cobren lo que es el día, no es su problema si el cuarto se usa 30 minutos o unas horas,.... o sea ni al caso su comentario de la "señora"

Deberían de checar en manos de quién dejan sus clientes.

All staff i engaged with during our stay were professionally above the Bar. Room is clean and a great deal. I felt safe with my son while staying here because of the staff diligence with parking passes and and guests really ensured the people on the property were guests and not just hanging out. Lot was well lit and there was no incidents during stay. Rooms were clean. The new management here has been great! I will be staying here again! Thanks for making my family feel safe and relaxed for our visit.

I travel a LOT. When it came to the Seattle area I found this to be a great deal. I tried multiple B&Bs as I wasn’t going to spend $200+ a night for a hotel. The B&Bs were okay, but this place offered so much more and for less. I’m close to everywhere I need to be, Dino’s is fantastic (best burger I’ve had in 3000 miles), there’s a mini-mart, Starbucks, Subway, spa, etc all next door. Plenty of parking. I suggest when booking to get 3rd floor as the beds seem nicer. Staff are wonderful. I’ll continue to stay here with each visit.

I rate 0 for service and room. The location is good for me. This hotel is the worst one I have been to. The rooms smell like stinky feet and Disgusting 🤢. Someone should be in the front desk from 7 am in the morning, but until 9 am( based on a few calls made and manager does not answer at all) one person shows.😡🤬😡😡😡 the service is really bad, I hope they can improve, i know the price is low, i can understand There is no breakfast included and the facilities are not perfect and new. But at least you have to be honest, you have to do what you said.( You told me you will show after 7am, and you put a sign show that someone will be here at 7 am.
