I used to go to a doctor named Dr. Luckie but he moved, and now this place is not reliable anymore. I’ve requested 3-4 times now for them to send my medical documents to my sergeant. I have a medical release form, and they openly lie about it. “We will get that done shortly.” “I’ll get to that right now.” I called again today and asked, and she seemed more rude that I was asking again. This is ridiculous and when it comes to medical documents not being sent especially for military purposes, I’m going to try to seek someone who can do something about this issue.

Also if you want to call them even after four. The phone is usually down for closed, even though it says they close as 5.

Great place to use for a Primary Care Provider! I would recommend Nurse Practitioner Marlene Wilson-LaValley because she has been a wonderful Provider for me! Taking New Patients & they accept walk-in appointments after you're an established patient. The staff is always friendly and helpful! I give a 10 out of 10 for sure!

Called and left a message during open hours since child's condition was worse since visit that morning. They didn't answer phone- never heard back. Called after hours and they referred me to emergency room since they were closed. Decided to wait until next day, called back to see if I could bring in child now that they are open and nurse had rude tone and stated she told me to go to emergency room yesterday

Information on website is wrong! They do NOT open at 7:30am and they do NOT take walk-ins. I’ve been a patient at this location for 4 years. I was sitting in the parking lot with an extreme ear ache at 7:15am to be the first in when they opened at 7:30 as posted on their website. They finally unlocked the door at 7:45 and then told me they aren’t taking walk-ins. In the meantime my ear drum burst.
Had to go to an urgent care but I’m 14th in line to be seen because I went to Ivy Creek Holtville first.

I came to Dr. Lucky after having a horrible experience with another general practitioner, he immediately restored my faith back in the healthcare world. He did not rush me, got all my medications back to where I needed them, answered all questions and even printed out facts about my medications and if they were compatible with breastfeeding or not. He’s well worth the drive !

The most pleasant doctor experience I have ever had. Dr.lucky and his nurse practitioner were very personable and down to earth. It means so much to find a physician that cares about their patients. The wait time was reasonable even!

Doctor Lucky and his staff are absolutely amazing. They were all unbelievably kind and made the overall experience perfect. I was really nervous about getting tested for Covid, but the nurse made me feel 100% better about the entire situation. Then, I received blessed news on a negative Covid result from this facility. Very appreciated. I will definitely consider you guys for medical necessities in the future. Keep up the great work. ☺️
