We are so fortunate to have this facility available to active seniors in Fairhope. There are pool tables, a large ballroom used for many activities including daily exercise classes, and smaller rooms used for cards. The staff is hardworking, friendly and attentive. A perfect place to meet and make friends.

My family has had several events at this venue, as well as, catered. The place I'd nice and spacious, the kitchen is okay, but the staff is bad. They are very rude and do a lot of complaining about their jobs. The parking lot is small, the signal sucks, but the staff is really what makes the place bad. I personally wouldn't have an event there.( pictures of food we catered and of a family members wedding)

Very elegant building and caring staff. Quite welcoming to the younger folks who help the seniors. They have great programs for seniors, including interesting stuff like woodworking Yay! It has a tight knit community and welcomes newcomers.

My nephew had his wedding here on 29th June. My family and I drove from out of town and then stayed by the beach. We drove about 45 minutes to get to the center. We had about 6 hyper kids with us. During the ceremony they were getting bored so after I told them to go out and play, the oldest is 11. They were outside playing tag and catch and the event coordinator came outside and told my husband to tell the kids to stop playing and and if they don’t then she’ll remove us from the premises.
Unfortunately at the same time a couple locked their keys in the car and they were trying to open the door and the car alarm went off at that time and she blamed our kids on that. She then went inside to tell the dj to announce that parents need to control their kids. It’s outside and it’s a free country! She continuously harassed my husband the whole night. My child and another child were playing in the entrance and my husband told him to be careful because the manager is watching us and she again told my husband if he continues to act like that then she’ll remove us! The other kid wasn’t even ours but she didn’t say anything to his parents. It ruined our evening with the way she was acting. We were there to support our family but ended up being chastised for nothing. She also called the cops to do a “ drive by”. She only targeted him!! I already filed a complaint with the BBB. My husband spent 25 years in the AF and I will not tolerate anyone treating him badly when he is a decorated veteran and fought for her freedom. I would never suggest this place to or for anyone and I’m disgusted at her attitude. Her name is Angie.
