Lo mejor es la ubicación y a un precio "barato" (relativo a los otros hoteles en Seattle que en general son caros).||La habitación era muy antigua- muebles, griferia- y también toda la instalación del hotel (ascensor, muros, puertas). Internet WIFI no funcionó. Estábamos al lado de la línea de metro, eso era molesto pero difícil de evitar en la zona.||Atención regular, nada malo ni nada bueno.||No hubo nada particularmente desagradable, pero esperaba algo mejor del hotel dado el precio (200 US$ la noche)

Cuando entras y te miran con cara de hacerte un favor empieza mal .profundo honor a humedad en la habitación . El wifi si tu habitación está lejos de la recepción no existe y el chino de Recepcion solo te sonríe y dice si si pero no hace nada . Solo pone cara vinagre . Tiene parking una pequeña toalla por persona y eso sí 200$noche a la larga el westin sale al mismo precio el problema es que no eran reembolsables las habitaciones .|

Ubicado en muy buen lugar, sólo eso... pero las señoras de la limpieza no hacen muy bien su trabajo, estuve alojada por seis días y ningún día limpiaron el lavamanos, estaba asqueroso y tampoco aspiraban la alfombra aparte de estar muy viejo el hotel la limpieza era horrible, el WiFi muy malo casi nunca servía y demaciado lento, muy pésimo el servicio de cuarto, a lo que se mira no tienen una manejadora que les este supervisando su trabajo alas señoras de la limpieza, jamás me alojare en ese hotel...

Wow for such a decent price I really enjoyed my stay, they updated the rooms and furniture/atmosphere. Super clean not overwhelming and super organized. The people were very accommodating to my needs and wants. They didn't charge my dad for parking when he was dropping me off and making sure I was good to go, they didn't charge for a later check out time. Super nice people, I will definitely be recommending this place to others. The location was great as it was right between Lower Queen Anne and Belltown. I could go to all my favorite places via walking and the bus super nice location. For someone who loves the tourist attractions I really loved the location.

This is probably a 2 star hotel, but it's getting ones across the board because the owners have left fake 5 star reviews to bump the numbers up. The WiFi does not work at all. There is about one router per floor, and it only sort of reaches the entry room. The beds are very uncomfortable, the showers emit a high pitched screech unless you get the water extremely hot, and they're placed at chest level to anyone of average height. It's a noisy, and very sketchy location, the drapes don't close all the way, and the bedroom was so dry due to bad air circulation I woke up with chapped lips.
The service was good, the employees were polite and helpful, they do lock a gate to protect your car at night, and the location is pretty good. But that doesn't outweigh how miserable the experience was otherwise.

My boyfriend and I decided to choose this place because it was "reasonably priced for the looks of it" and close to Pike Place. That being said, when we got there the hotel needed lots of maintenance, the photos shown in the listing we absolutely laughable compared to what was reality, it was filthy, I wish I had photos to post in this review; the room had dust bunnies all under the bed and in the corners of the room, the key to our room didn't lock our room correctly, the "wifi" they say they have wasn't working and they weren't able to give us an ETA to when it would be fixed (we both planned to do some work during our stay, but had to relocate to a cafe to get any work done). The bathroom was in terrible condition, the overall room looked like the classic "Landlord paint job" over almost all cracks, or pilled paint on the walls. We left after the first night requesting a refund. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to let us know that we could still get our refund for the remaining 3 nights, which he apparently did right in front of us, but we have yet to receive any refund at all. He told us that we would be receiving a "Cancellation Confirmation" which did not come and we've been back home for a few days now. I've tried calling the hotel multiple times and so far no one has picked up. DO NOT GO HERE -- It is a waste of your money and time. There are way better hotels to choose from literally anywhere else but here.
