Went in for a store return. The lady standing at the customer service counter, who was doing nothing, said they are only servicing from one line… I asked if anyone in the line had a return, where no one responded. I turn to the worker at the return counter and she still said I needed to get in the line of 40 people. A worker standing around by the door with short hair spoke with a big grin on her face, “maybe you shouldn’t yell at a line full of people, they are probably too nervous to respond.” I had not yelled, but lodged an inquiry with the group without sounding angry. I shared that I understood that she and the team may have had a long day, but there is no reason to make us wait an hour in a checkout line where no one else had a return. She shouted “have a nice day” on my way out to rub it in. Lol! Our civilization has become too docile.

I would like to add that all of the clothing sold to us two weeks previous still had their magnetic tags on them. Poor customer service, procedure, and behavior. I will no longer do business with them and will make sure everyone I know hears of my bad experience if Kohl’s is ever brought up in conversation.

I want to preface this by saying I’ve never had issues with the Kohl’s store itself. I’ve always been an avid Sephora shopper and was excited when it moved to Kohl’s. The past year or so I’ve gone I’ve been disappointed due to the Sephora employees. Today when I went there were employees loudly talking trash about their other coworkers. The previous time I went I wanted assistance finding something and the 4 employees were all behind the register gossiping. I tried to get their attention with no luck and ended up leaving. Most of the employees come off very rude and inconvenienced with any questions. I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for many years, but I’m going to start shopping at Ulta because I never have a pleasant experience anymore.

Alot of deceptive marketing going on here. Prices won't ring up as advertised, only certain days for certain coupons, certain days for certain discounts, spend more get more back.....the list goes on. I don't shop much except for holidays but I won't shop here again after my expierence. I suggest using this stores fitting rooms then purchase your goods online cheaper. That's about it honestly. I also saw stuff advertised online (the reason I came to the store in the first place) and when I arrived the home goods weren't even in the store as advertised. I give this store less than a year before they close. Just my opinion.

Kohl’s in D’Iberville is a nice store with nice selections but prices are too high. Even sales and clearance prices are high. But, in a pinch, if you need something bad enough, they probably have it in stock.
