Please save yourself some time! I came here for work literally weeks ago and have been sent to multiple sites multiple times only to have NO ACTUAL JOB waiting. Not only once or twice.

They repeatedly promise specific jobs at specific times with specific start dates. But when you show up, again. THERE IS NO JOB!

People looking for work don't have months of time, endless resources for fuel to drive to job sites, and the emotional or mental ability to have their families struggling at the holidays.

The company says that it's the job sites that are responsible. That employers are asking them to send large numbers of people out to them with promised start dates and changing their minds mere minutes before the promised start times. But they DO NOT stop working with the companies who jerk the clients around, nor do they accept any onus for their own claims and empty promises.

The woman who introduced herself as simply "The On Site" has been repeatedly assuring me that exactly this will not continue happening as it has. She claimed understanding that families go hungry as a result of these situations. And yet nothing changes. Empty promises.

You will NOT find work here! They WILL waste your time! They will NOT be sorry! They will promise you that they know this is happening and that it won't happen to you! But you will show up for your start date and there WILL NOT be work!

Don't put your family through what I've had to put mine through. This is insanely unprofessional.

What is the point of an employment service that can't even offer the only thing they claim to offer?

I HIGHLY recommend Labor Source and Jessica Davis! From the day I met her when I started my job with GE she has been wonderful! She goes above and beyond! She has been there for me from day one and always takes the time to answer any of my questions. She has been so encouraging every time I have spoke with her. She doesn’t make you feel as if you are just another temp or employee, she actually makes you feel like you truly matter! She is an amazing manager and she does her job very well. She is always very quick to answer any question and always has a solution. I am very thankful for Labor Source and especially Jessica Davis for all of her dedication to help with whatever we may need. If you are looking for employment I highly recommend going to Labor Source! You won’t be disappointed!

I called one day asked about a job she said it’s was available. I was up there an hour later she didn’t even try to notify me or anything , she filled all spots. I called this week immediately after they had just posted on a job. I went up there within 45 minutes. This time she let me register and remembered me. I called four days in a row about that job after filling all info out . They failed to call me to let me know. I have great experience; they still have yet to offer me something else? Must be my looks idk. I was humble, respectful, proved I wanted the job. I wasn’t even considered. COMPLETE BIAS OFF OF WHAT?

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Labor Source and Jessica Davis for their help in finding me a job at the GE Appliances. I was unemployed for several months after being laid off from my previous job, and I was starting to get discouraged. However, Jessica was very helpful and patient with me, and she went above and beyond to find me a job that was a good fit for my skills and experience. They are courteous, informative and knowledgeable about all of their job listings, and will truly help you through every step of the job hunting process from your application to important on the job information. The staff will go out of their way to not only get most new hires in to their new job usually within a day, but they ensure the job is a good fit for the individual. At Labor Source, the staff truly wants to see you succeed and reach your potential. This is a wonderful place to work!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I have ADHD and have been taking medication for it since the age of 6 which I told them I had my medication bottle and medicine list all ready just was about 2-3 months old. They string me along after talking to their boss for like 5 minutes. After talking to their boss over the phone than after coming from the back decide to finally tell me they cannot employ anyone who takes ADHD medication due to it being a mood stabilizer I officially have heard everything. Adderall doesn't effect your mood nor is a mood stabilizer just helps you focus never felt rejected or having someone be biased before to me but I sure do now oh well onward and upward hopefully to better opportunities never will return to this place again for sure.
