I visited lowes twice on a Friday morning. Plenty of staff visiting with each other at the pro desk and other stations around the store (it was early so probably needed to see what they were doing the night before and other very important topics). I loaded 15 boards and 5 sheets of drywall by myself while the 5 at the prodesk (the drywall was in clear view and I saw them watching me load it) and 2 others that were sitting on a pallet of wood at the end of the isle watches as well. While I am 61 I don't expect any special treatment but maybe ALL customers would like a little help with bulky items. The first trip it was not raining and I did get to load my trailer by myself in the middle of the parking lot. Unfortunately the second trip it was pouring and 2 contractors used one lane of the loading area as premium covered parking and the second lane had 2 forklifts perked in it so I got to load my wood into the suv in the rain (at least the forklifts were dry). Not sure why all pick up orders have to be in the middle of the isles with so many other displays in them that you can't even walk down them. Seems like a safety hazard with boards and other items blocking your way. The picture of the broken saw was my last visit and my have been fixed since it was a Friday. Usually, I go to the store on the weekend when I am working on a project and most of the time this is what I see when I walk by. At least that visit they took the timento print is with the computer instead of hand writing it. I think I really need to spend the extra 5 minutes and start going to Home Depot where there is still a small amount of customer service (at least they help load the stuff in the loading area)

I have NEVER been treated like this! Power Tool employee who did NOT want to help anyone came to (what I thought) assist me and my husband. He was just turning an alarm off and told me to “MOVE!” as he inched his buggy towards me! I told him we would like to purchase this item (where the alarms were going off-that he JUST turned off) and he told us he would get to it when he could in a very rude way. Not the best man for that job Lowe’s. Did I mention three Lowe’s employees walked right by talking? Never bothered to help.

The return policy's have changed and I am unable to return my product. Lowe's has made it where you are unable to return a product and get store credit if you do not have a receipt. I came in today and Brandon the Manager refused my request to get store credit on my items. I was helped by Darla the front cashier she was great and helpful. But I will never be shopping at Lowe's again.

Pretty standard Lowe’s. They always have what I need. Although, once I had to get something down using their stairs on wheels. I waited for 15 minutes and no one would help, despite having asked 2 people. No big deal though.
