Our experience with Mattamy Homes has overall been very positive. Keen was very helpful and responsive throughout the home buying process. We did have some issues after purchasing the home however Mattamy was quick to remedy the problems. Overall we are satisfied without purchase and would recommend Mattamy!

Keen was our new home counselor. He did a great job. First, we showed up when it was time for Keen to go home. To our surprise he welcomed my wife and I in and shared the details about Mattamy Homes. We are from out of state so this act of kindness was super helpful for us to learn about housing in North Richland Hills, TX. I could not believe how helpful Keen was. It's Texas hospitality. We looked at all the floorplans and neighborhood layout and all the amenities that come with being a homeowner. Afterwards, we toured multiple homes and we went back through several of them twice. All I can say is Wow! The homes are beautiful and designed for urban living. The community has an awesome vibe and a high quality look, made for residential living and design for convenience. Overall, this is a great new neighborhood located close to city hall, shopping with convenient access to major highways for a short commute to downtown Ft. Worth. Thanks, Keen, we appreciate all that you did for us.

Buyer’s beware, this company is SHADY! Their concrete subcontractor sprayed my 4 day old Jeep Gladiator with concrete and they’ve been unwilling to cover any damages. You can’t trust them or their ability to assist customer’s when they’re in the wrong. Terrible customer support! Look at any other builders as a more viable option. I would give a zero score here however it doesn’t allow. They are the absolute worst! Save your time, money and efforts and find a reliable and trustworthy builder.

I visited last Saturday to see the model home. Keen (or similar name) did not welcome us. He didn't even show us what Mattamy Homes had. He also said he couldn't show us the model homes and told us to go to Ashton Wood across the street. Why is that guy there when he tells customers he doesn't want to waste their time?
