Not satisfied with the Taylor Morrison warranty. I bought house for very high price, expecting the quality and response of the builder but warranty is a big joke. I have been waiting from 1.5years to get things fixed. I know my friend’s house with a different builder have a really good response from the same community.

My husband and I bought our home in Jan 2023 and signed our contract Aug 2022. There have been red flags from the start, things did not improve. I thought the Taylor Morrison brand was better but the quality and customer service has not held up (my parents bought a home back in 2014). I would not recommend working with Aimee in sales, she is just no help (after we signed our contract, she was MIA). My construction rep left the company or got fired (we didn’t get a replacement, our open exception items are now expected to be submitted as warranty). He was not knowledgeable in the process and did not provide an exception list on time (was stalled until after closing). We are still struggling with getting things done that were promised at the time of sale. It was the worst first home buying experience. I would caution anyone considering buying a home from them.

We have had extremely negative experiences with Taylor Morrison since our closing. We've encountered numerous issues with our new home, and unfortunately, the warranty team has shown a lack of empathy. They consistently attempt to evade responsibility for addressing the problems, even going so far as to make baseless claims that the issues were a result of our actions. These claims are completely unfounded and unrelated to any actions we took as new homeowners. We urge caution to anyone considering purchasing a home with Taylor Morrison.

The warranty team is just a joke. They literally do not cover anything. We bought house in 2022 and had lots of issues. It was such a hassle to get anything fixed. The trees in our front yard died within a couple of months after we closed our house. I have been trying to get it replaced for over a year now. We found construction materials, pipes and large stones underneath the dead shrubs. Please do not buy house with Taylor Morrison.

The workers on the construction team are disrespectful and inconsiderate. We never had an in issue with workers from other builders in this neighborhood. It shows they have a poor, careless construction manager. Judging by the other reviews, it seems like this is on brand for the company. I would choose a different builder.
