Worst waiting time in history. Needed my chile seen so that she could get a referral. And I scheduled an appointment at 2pm. We sat in the waiting aria for 1 hour. People leave and going that was there before and after us. Not coming back. We just left at 3:04pm. I'll be finding her a new doctor. Clarke County really disappointing me. Makes me wish I never move to AL from SC.

I’ve had to call them 10x in the past few days for my wife since they won’t answer her calls to see what is going on with her medications. They are rude, my wife came home in tears after leaving that place. She still doesn’t have her medications and we keep getting the run around that makes no sense when all they have to do is get her pharmacy records from Walgreens and family pharmacy but for some reason they won’t even attempt to get her information from past drs. My wife also offered to send them in to her though e-mail. They didn’t want that. Just more run around. They keeps saying she hasn’t been seen in 1 year… yes that’s correct but her dr kept calling in 3 month refills at a time that she didn’t need to be seen for. I feel so bad watching my wife suffer and I can’t do anything about it. She will be going back to her regular dr which she only changed to Gloria bc they offered therapy as well. Don’t wasn’t your time or money people! They don’t care about you

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED I cannot stress to you enough, if you want good care and people that actually care and look into your past and try to get you feeling better mentally…. DO NOT GO HERE! Was the worst dr experience I’ve ever had! I went to see them Monday and Tuesday this week. (I don’t have insurance so I pay cash) they wouldn’t let me see them both in the same day, which was fine bc I didn’t mind coming back after my visit with racheal. The first visit was for a Theripist intake session. I absolutely LOVED RACHAEL! Rachel was the best part of my experience. She broke me down to see where I was mentally and what she needed to recommend to the dr. Tuesday came around for me to see the dr. (Gloria) I suffer from severe anxiety disorder that causes me to throw up on a daily basis all day long unless I have my antidepressant, my busbar, and an anxiety additive for the days when it’s the worst. Well the dr came in the room and I was under the impression that she read my files from my past drs and from the day before talking with Rachael… boy I was wrong! All I did was tell her my medications and what my problems are but no detail bc she didn’t ask or care but she was supposed to read what my Theripist had wrote about me the day before asp she would know what was going on beforehand. She didn’t and I’m still waiting on my medications as we speak! They refuse to answer the phone…I started crying in the room bc I’m so overwhelmed rn and she told me STOP THAT CRYING in the worst tone ! I’ve offered my pharmacy records to show what I take on a daily basis… which they didn’t want… so now I’m still waiting on my regular meds that I’m out of now and the front staff are the worst. So now when my meds come out of my system I’ll be back in the hospital bc I can’t stop throwing up bc of my disorder . THIS PLACE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING BUT MONEY. No wonder ppl kept telling me not to go to her. Even pharmacy said “oh no wonder… I see who the dr is now” so apparently this isn’t new ! I will be going to see a different dr ASAP! I only went to this one from my old one bc they offered the therapy too! What a shame!

Ms Gloria is a sweetheart. But her staff is something else. Cost me alot of money on referrals that they say they sent to the specialist. But e office never received them and I got charged for full office visits.

Not I have to pay 40 dollars just to get my ultra sound results. Supposed to call me with them but I had to come and get charged an office visit to get results. I’m finding another place

Loved Ms. Gloria! Could not ask for a more compassionate and professional experience. Good parking, clean, easy to find, and conveniently located by a pharmacy on the next block over.
