The staff was friendly, the interview went smoothly. I honestly thought that I'd get some type of call back from an employer by now...it's been a month or so and still nothing. The position I applied and mainly interviewed for IS STILL AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE! I've emailed the company asking about the position only to NOT get a reply and I've called only to be told they are sending my resume out. I honestly feel that's a LIE because I should have been called back by now especially if I applied and interviewed for a specific job that was & still available & was told I have a good chance of getting it.

I get so nervous when it’s interview time. However, from the moment I walked into Pridestaff Hoover, Alabama, I felt so comfortable. Camryn and Kia were phenomenal from start to finish. I felt like I already knew Kia during our interview. Camryn coached me through testing. Camryn also prepped me for the interview with the client. She called me 3 times before my interview to give me tidbits on the company that I was interviewing with and everything she told me was sooooo helpful. I really appreciate this team for being so dedicated to assisting me through this process. I pray I represented them well and that I get the job. I am absolutely disappointed in how fast this place has gone downhill. I used to be employed through this agency a couple years ago ( when there was a different crew in staff) and i got a job so promptly and quickly. I had called a couple months ago looking for a job on the search and it has been 4 MONTHS since i put in my info. I have stayed up to date and called in every single week asking for availability as i was told to, but when I called in one day questioning why I still hadn't heard any updates AFTER 4 MONTHS, I was told my the main secretary that there was NO jobs AVAILABLE?!? THIS IS A RECRUITING AGENCY!!! - how the hell are you going to tell me there is no jobs available That is when I called and told them to take my info out of their files and remove me from their list... so that way not be called or contacted by them, But not that Id be called anyway at this point, but still. Its SO disappointing PRIDESTAFF! please do better or employ better staff to do their job!

The team at Pridestaff not only friendly and welcoming, but knowledgeable and professional. I was greeted by everyone in the office.
