Went to 3 tire shops that turned me away due to having low profile tires. Those 3 shops that turned me away also wanted to charge me between 75-125 to mount 4 tires if they even attempted it. I came to ptw and the knowledge just immediately stood out. I told them what the other tire shops said about how hard it would be to mount my tires, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. The knowledgeable tire guys here mounted all 4 tires in minutes and were very friendly and customer oriented. Not to mention it was $26 to mount 4 tires on rims. Woah what a deal. I will not go to any other tire shops again. I'll gladly drive the 35 minutes to go to this shop every time. They didn't scratch my brand new rims and they did it super fast. Give them a chance. Truly a great group of people.

I gave them a 1 because I couldn't give them less. BEWARE!!! I've been there twice and had missed diagnosis both times. The first time it was my air conditioning unit. I took it to them and they wanted $1200 to replace my compressor. Turns out the problem was at the fuseblock and repaired for $60. The second time I went for an alignment. Before I went I had my mechanic check the front end to see if we needed to replace anything before I got tires and alignment. He replaced a couple of end caps and that was all that was needed. I took it to ptw and they said I needed both lower control arms. I went down the street to Taylor automotive they checked it out said everything was fine and aligned it Watch out for these crooks.

The staff here is always professional, friendly, and quick. Christina, Chris and the rest of the team are so honest and hardworking; always going above and beyond and thoroughly listening to all of my concerns. They've helped me with many oil changes, brake problems, and little concerns here and there. Couldn't recommend more.

I went here because I had a flat tire issue with a used tire I bought in NOLA. It kept going flat, so I took it to PTW. They checked it and aired it up and it was great. Until I woke up the next day and it was flat again. So I took it back (mind you, this wasn't even their tire) and they checked it again and found a nail that everyone missed. So he fixed that, and it's been fine since (3 weeks or so).

The outstanding thing about this situation is that I talked to the GM() and she was so helpful. She told me exactly what was going on and what they were doing. When I brought it back the second time., she didn't charge me because they missed it and I was going to take it back to NOLA and get my money back.
Anyway, between the GM and the mechanic, they fixed my tire and were very helpful.

I'm a single female, so I have to be able to TRUST the people I deal with. I trust that PTW was in my corner and doing what they could to garner that trust and fix my car at reasonable prices and excellent workmanship.

I DEFINITELY recommend going to the D'Iberville PTE if you want reliable mechanic services at a competitive price.

Great service, helped my son when he was stranded on I10. Got him towed very quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed and he was back on the road in just a few hours. Life savers!! Would recommend to anyone.
