Es un hotel pequeño, relativamente bueno en calidad/precio, ideal para negocios. La pagina nos indicaba que estaba a 8 minutos de Redmond - específicamente de las oficinas corporativas de Microsoft, lo cual no era cierto, lo mínimo que tardamos en llegar fueron 20-25 minutos. La gente del hotel muy amable. No tiene ascensor hay que cargar la maleta 1 piso. El desayuno es muy simple. Existen mejores opciones.

The office staff was professional. Our room was clean although a bit dated. There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. There was a hot breakfast which was good compared to the inexpensive price of my room. Was it five star cuisine, no, did it provide a decent breakfast, absolutely.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The first room we were in had a awful smell and the bed was so soft I couldn't sleep, they did relocate us to a better room however there was no hot water in the shower, breakfast was cold and they don't have coffee in the lobby except during breakfast hours. Desiree however was very helpful with ideas on what do to do over there.

Review Title: Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Front Desk Staff

I recently stayed here as a longer term stay and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of the front desk staff (one in particular).

When I had questions about my room key not working, the front desk person was dismissive and seemed more interested in being defensive than making me feeling welcomed, I felt like I was an inconvenience. This negativity set the tone for my entire rest of my stay., which because of this I cut short when it could’ve have been another 3 weeks of business for the hotel or longer. It felt that he was going out of his way to make me feel uncomfortable after this.

While the hotel itself was decent, the poor customer service from this front desk person really overshadowed any positives. I believe that a hotel’s atmosphere is greatly influenced by its staff, and in this case, it was a major letdown.

I hope management addresses this issue, as it could seriously impact future guests' experiences.

The hotel is decent. I won't be staying again because the room wreaked of mildew or something. The window was wide open upon check in. It was cold outside so we dropped off our stuff and closed the window. We left and returned 3hrs later and could hardly breath inside the room the odor was so bad. I immediately opened the window and we were cold all night. I think the old carpets just need ripped out

This has to be the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. They don't have an elevator. The fridge is the size of the shoebox, so forget cooking or having anything cold. The TV is from 2009 with the worst picture. I mean, how can they even call it a Comfort Inn. The only thing good it the pool, and that is closed for the season. The fridge is for what? What's the point of it. This place just makes me mad every time I stay here. The walls are thin as well. If you have a choice, pick someplace else. I don't have a choice.
