I went in awhile back to get my immunizations updated and have some blood drawn to be sent off and tested. The ladies were all very helpful and friendly.
The next time I had to go in because of some fluid leaking out of my ear. The Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, confident, and helped me find a prescription that worked with my budget as I do not have health insurance. Its a little long of a wait but thats a doctor's office for you. We just have to do our part and get there on time or a little early if possible.

An absolute nightmare. Went in on a Saturday morning and was seen and told that I was going to get prescription called in to my pharmacy. Waited several hours for my prescription to be called in to no avail. Finally got worried that they may have made an error or forgot to call it in or sent it to the wrong place so I called back. Reached an answering service that refused to help me and suggested that I call back on Monday. I have a respiratory infection and needed antibiotics, and the infection got worse over the weekend because the antibiotics we're forgotten to be called in. Called back Monday in hopes for an explanation and got the exact same runaround as before. Called the Anniston Center back and was told that the doctor that saw me was in Boaz. Called Boaz and they just let it ring off the hook. This place is one of the most absolutely unprofessional clinics I have ever been to. I cannot believe they forgot to call my medicine in and then would not offer me any help until 2 days later. By then my infection was so much worse. I would give this place is zero Stars if it let me

I’d give them ZERO stars but that’s not an option! Horrible!! Most unorganized clinic! NO! Communication skills!! Called in wrong RX. Refused to refill meds and I ended up in the ER!! Staff does not answer the phone when it’s “busy”. Absolutely no follow thru. Had labs done months ago but they’ve never been discussed with me.
Don’t go there!!

Great folks, , office staff amazing and helpful, , doc very through, attentive, listened to my situation, seemed to truly try to help and explained my options and why very well, would highly recommend, and I will go back as needed
