This is a great place to stay if you are hitting Crystal Mountain! It's only 45 minutes away, in a region where you don't have that many accommodation options. The owner Robert was great. He went out of his way to help us with an issue even though he didn't need to. They have a great swimming pool, so hopefully I can go back not during winter to try it out! 🙂

I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're enjoying some of the area's outdoor activities! The hotel is clean, well-located, and the owner Roberto (as well as all the staff) was wonderful. We'd happily stay here again!

I have yet to sleep my first night here. Front staff was very kind.

My rooms door does not shut or seal all the way. Constant noise coming from outside, car alarms going off, huge draft that whistles in the wind.

Also, to my surprise, I think someone showered here before me? Or it wasn't cleaned, which is equally gross. Black hair ALL over the tub and toilet.

Not terrible price, though.

All in all a decent motel.
Beds could be cleaner. I found small stains and little black crumbs (don’t wanna know what it is) in my bed.
Also the WiFi is really bad. I had to go outside to get a decent connection. And you need to reconnect every 2-3 minutes.

We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were courteous, professional and helpful, accommodating any request we had. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The shower had hot water and was great. We were visiting our son, whom was camping overnight st the campground a short distance away. It was nice to be able to have our own place to stay and walk to his campground. The hotel was decorated very nice, and had a nice view which we had requested. The motel charged a very reasonable price every night.

I was surprised at how nice this place was. In town for an event, its conveniently located with lots of parking (and a big lot for tractors/trailers too). Rooms were very clean, heater/AC worked efficiently, the beds were much more comfortable than I'm used to at hotels of this tier. Mine was slightly squeaky but other than that it was really pleasant. Checking in the desk person was nice and helpful. The hotel was very quiet, which again, I'm not used to. It was so nice! The bathroom could use updating, I'm 5' 3" and the shower head was about an inch above me, so tall folks are going to struggle. Wifi was extremely slow, which was a bummer. Overall a very good experience, thank you!

My son and I stayed the night. I was alittle unsure how safe we would be until we arrived. The owner greeted us and was so warm and welcoming. I was so happy i choose to stay here. The beds were very comfortable that I changed my plans from getting up early to leave to sleeping in and having breakfast right next-door! I will be back!!!

This is an excellent hotel room all around with only a few issues. Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, overall very nice
There are a few issues:
Very slow wifi, and bad security practices.
No carpet, only hardwood floor
Had to hold down the flusher for a minute on the toilet in order to flush
