Beyond ecstatic 🤩 from the ABOVE AND BEYOND service I received at this store. Laura (Lauren?) provided extensive support expertise, including hand written notes for proper use of 3 products to the letter. Best Sally I have been to in my lifetime. Called before heading over to make sure they had what we needed, told me they only had one in stock. Rushed over to get it and told the young lady I was on my way, I drove 10 mins and discover a hand written sign “on break be back @ 1:45” it was 1:05 when I got there. I wish I had known she was going to close the store til 1:45 so I could not waste gas running my other errands, so instead I sat for 40 mins in front waiting. Saw at least 6 other customers come and go because the door was locked and they couldn’t make their purchases. I was able to find what I was looking for and they actually had 2 as opposed to the one she told me they had. When I said I wished I had known she was closing the store for a bit instead of waiting, I could have run other errands before going to this store instead wasting time sitting in the car. She said she thought we meant we wouldn’t be coming til later in the week. I actually told her I was on our way to the store as I was speaking to her. Probably won’t go back to this particular store again.
