I didn't get appt with Dr. Milam instead a nurse practitioner. I arrive early to fill paper work out got it done gave the office what they needed on my insurance .
My appt was for 10:15. As I sit there they kept calling people back and some that went back was after I was there coming in . I asked what was going on cause it was very unpleasant to see I am waiting and the office said well we had a delivery this morning so everything is crazy.

Well waited longer kept calling back they were there after me so I decided that is not the place for me.
Very rude and disrespectful and I will never ever go to them again.
I left! What a horrible experience

You will not get a call back from this clinic! You are left to figure out bloodwork results on your own. I feel like just another chart number. I’ll be finding other medical care after many years with this doctor. The staff is horrible!

I received an expensive 3 treatment procedure from Dr Sheila Milam & she explained that the treatment was guanteed to work but if not she would do 2 more treatments. When I told Dr Milan that there was still problems after the 3 treatments she put me off for 6-8 weeks. Now when I tried to contact her she has her office manager tell me that there were charges on the additional treatments that she promised me. Dr Milam will not see unless I pay 75.00 for an office visit. I asked her office manager to have her call me with no call back. This is the greatest insult to a customer.

Dr. Sheli Milam is an asset to our medical community. I prefer a female doctor and am thankful that we have Dr. Milam. She always listen to my issues and shows a lot of compassion and concern about my total health. She is not in my insurance network so I must pay cash to see her and she is worth every dollar.

This place is a total waste of time, money, and energy. For my UTI that was so painful I was urinating blood I was given one antibiotic. I left there and went to urgent care where I was given a shot of antibiotics, 2 oral antibiotics, actual pain medication, and treated absolutely wonderfully. Stay away from this place.
