Unacceptable! Ordered drive thru. Was told to circle the building because the car behind me had their order ready first. I didn’t mind at first. Now when I got my order and left we had to come back because we were missing food. Absolutely unacceptable. Waste of gas, time and money. Wish I could serve them the sorry food they gave me. Just to see how they like it! Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Grilled cheese burrito’s were like a mini version of the real thing and they had no cheese melted on top. The Crunchwrap Supreme barely had any ground beef. And the Cheesy double beef burrito was short of its name in all types of ways! Just a disaster of service. I wouldn’t blame the workers. As management has probably set this standard.

Employee goes “Um… no.” when we asked to have 4 separate orders.
Shoulda checked the food, but it was late and got a big order, and saw they managed to give me the special avocado sauce for a taco but forgot the taco.
Most of what we did get had half of the reasonable serving of meat.

Customer service was great and it came out instantly but I order 2 quesadillas and a crunch wrap and got 1 and 1/2 quesadillas I’m fixing too contact them now too see if they can fix it but this it ridiculous how does this even happen
Edit- they did not answer now I’m stuck with half a quesadilla

Very sweet morning manager. When she said she will take care of if she did just that. Food was just delicious.. Thanks team... I talked to myself the whole time I ate it.. thank you morning manager.. I definitely got what I payed for, great service..

They always have great fresh hot food. From time to time they flunk the order up slightly but are more then willing to fix their mistakes. Always positive experience team members are always nice and very mannered I like to stop by there when I’m just trying to get a quick meal when I decide not to cook or just quick midnight snack when I am out and about.

Worst service ever!!!!!! The “Manager “ needs to be fired this is not the first time she has been explicitly rude! I sat at the drive thru for several minutes and was not greeted or said can wait a moment. I had to say hello then she Rudely told me it would be a minute. Ok so I waited another 10 minutes silence I said that she was forming a line and she then proceeded to get ever ruder and said I told you could come in. I was like wow! So much Unnecessary attitude!! There was a gentleman inside that said he did the same thing to him!I will NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!! Owner really needs to re-think his management!!!

I don’t mind waiting a long time to receive the food. I am a very patient person. However, I draw the line when the staff is rude for no reason. The dark skinned girl at the drive through with the glasses absolutely needs to be fired.

Occasional mishaps are understandable, but this location fell short of expectations. Out of about 9 items, my family received only 5. I reported the error and called the restaurant, but my call went unanswered. Despite my team informing the manager, she never acknowledged my presence. It’s disappointing, but I suppose this is the norm in the fast-food industry.
