Positive: Always friendly and welcoming Negative: This last visit we dealt with the wife. Very abrasive and unlocked our door and tried entering an hour before check out asking if we were staying or checking out. I have stayed here numerous times and this was a first. And hopefully the last.

We booked this place as a quick getaway from Beryl, and I'm happy we did. The customer service was top notch, the room was quaint, quiet, and cool, and it was a great mini-vacation. Don't hesitate to stay here, you'll be happy that you did.

Was stuck for Beryl, this place was an oasis. Room clean, comfy bed, cold a/c. Location is good. Top notch customer service and extra-care touch that's missing from some bigger chains. Pat made check in quick and easy. Overall good value.

The man who answered the phone told me that he does not honor the prices when a person books through apps like Expedia and Priceline. He told me that it would be more than 2K for a 30 day stay for a room with 2 beds. Note: this place is not the Ritz Carlton by a long shot. It was also quite loud when I spoke to him and he tried to get my money right over the phone despite the fact that I told him I was only checking prices. When I told him I would have to do some price comparisons before making a final decision, he hung up in my face. LOL, super loud, dated, and rude. You do what you want, but this is a big NO for me.

The owners are super sweet. For the price this place was worth staying a couple nights. I even had a kitchenette to cook instead of going out to eat. Looks like the owners are trying to bring this little motel back but like I said it was worth the stay. They even accepted my service dogs without any issue. I will stay here again because it is clean and I found it comfortable. I gave it three stars because the motel could still use a little tlc. Thank you for the clean room to take my test for work and to rest.

Very clean, quiet, friendly people. The showers in this place are unbelievable, second to none in this area. No crackheads so you don't have to worry about theft. I highly recommend this establishment
