I know someone who's lived there for 5 years to this day 10/24/24 who is constantly being harassed, threatened and who feels unsafe because, of a neighbor. Down from case workers to directors and property management and 311/911 nothing has been done, only worse. It is ridiculous how a supportive housing can be no support when it comes to the safety of a tenant. Get these dangerous people out of the building and get them help. They don't seem to care, it's only about the money. I feel as if they're waiting for a death to take place before anything is done. I feel sorry. It's a very unfortunate situation. People can be dangerous to everyone else but, as long as they're paying their rent. I smell a lawsuit coming.

Ms. Clay who was assigned as my care coordinator after I moved to the Bronx since the last coordinator started working with people living in other boroughs… rightfully asks me to choose a Xmas gift as all members are gifted one for Xmas season. She follows up month after Xmas saying she’lil “check the office” I had ordered a tv which she said was in budget and fine. It’s feb 9 and she’s been ignoring all my texts. Friend tells me she probably took the tv for herself. Trash care coordinator who selfish and works only for each check
