Everything was amazing from the time of booking to departure! Justin has great communication, hospitality, and local recommendations! Our room was very comfortable and the view of the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed the homemade breakfast every morning, it was very delicious. We definitely would love to plan a trip back in the near future!

Justin was an amazing host! Friendly greeting and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Breakfast was served each morning at the time and location requested (brought to room or in dining area). The room we had was clean and decorated beautifully with an amazing lakeside view. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a weekend getaway to the New Braunfels area. 10 out of 10!

This one of the best places we have ever stayed at. This is perfect for a couple to go for their anniversary. Justin was very attentive and served amazing breakfast! The strawberry romanoff and the zucchini frittata was my favorite. The view was amazing as well! Perfect destination for couples!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the lake house B&B! From the moment we arrived, Justin made us feel right at home. He is an incredibly attentive and welcoming host, always available for any questions and offering excellent recommendations for local spots. The lake views were breathtaking, and every corner of the property was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were a real treat, with fresh ingredients and a cozy, homestyle touch that made each morning feel special. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a host who genuinely cares about his guests, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

I would like to thank Justin for being the best host in the whole world! He was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to stay for 5 days. We bought the anniversary package and received the souvenir mugs, fresh flowers, and a delicious chocolate cake. This place will take your breath away if you get the Mediterranean room. The room's view to the lake has you believeing you are in Spain or Italy. Just gorgeous! This house does sit high on a hill and hidden away from the town and it was nice to see a family of deers everyday when leaving and coming back to the Lakehouse. This is not an everyday thing for us since we live in the city. So be careful driving up and down the streets. Since it was during the days of March 8-12--the weather didn't help us enjoy the swimming pool. So this was a bummer for me. Water was too cold. Other than that, the customer service, food, and the view was definitely worth the money we spent for a short romantic getaway. We highly recommend it to the love birds out there. Thank you again, Justin, for your hospitatlity. We will make sure to share with all of our friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming BNB! The Metropolitan room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat for my wife and I. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious breakfast – it was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to start our day. My favorite was the strawberry romanoff. Justin was incredibly welcoming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We made this trip as a weekend getaway and it didn't disappoint! A special chocolate cake and flowers were waiting for us along with breakfast each day being delivered to the room. We felt like royalty at The Lakehouse with an amazing lake from view and countless places to hike. Would highly recommend!!!
