Just googled their hours and was surprised by the low reviews, so I decided to leave a positive one. I use this location all the time for Amazon returns and have never had an issue in over 2 years. Always in and out super fast, never had any issues with the kiosk or other services. When I've interacted with staff, they've always been really nice. Overall my location of choice in Boloxi/D'Iberville for all things shipping.

Self service for Amazon returns should be optional not mandatory. I feel like I was forced to try and use the self-serve kiosk when I had stood in line to return with a person. The worker kept trying to tell me they get overwhelmed. Then tell your employer do not accept the contract to do returns. I don’t work here. Hire more staff.
I use the Hattiesburg location all the time never have had this issue.

Assisted me with an Amazon return that Amazon was no registering as accepted- very helpful in that regard. However, after explaining why I first checked locally before involving Amazon to investigate this issue - I was essentially called a liar. On more than one occasion I have left a return prepaid package with staff and forgone a receipt because they were overwhelmed with the number of people in line. I had to follow up where staff admitted to forgetting to scan package. No big deal. I now make sure to wait for a receipt. Of course they now dispute, "that has never happened." I now find myself compelled to leave this review. Ashame. Keep your receipt and they will help you.

I have had a box at this location for 4 years. I am on the road and need to have my mail forwarded on a consistent basis. I called today at 3:30 pm . I was told they were too busy right now, call back in a 1/2 hour. When I called back I was told they were too busy today and they couldn't do it. I said that I felt my business was just as important as theirs. I asked to speak to the manager as was told she was the manager, (Sherry) sp? I then asked for another person. She said "I am it." I then asked to speak to the owner. He was not there. I said I really need my mail forwarded. She then hung up on me. I am so disappointed at this lack of customer service. I pay a good amount of money for this service every year. I have never been treated this way. I guess it's time to look into other alternatives.

Overpriced and unhelpful. Wanted $4.25 to print a label and had an issue with the perfectly suitable box my package was in. Went down to the one on Beavvior Rd. Friendly, helpful and out the door for $2 with the shipping label printed. One star is harsh but these folks wasted my time today and I value my time.

*Pack service a little expensive* 😅 I like to send my packages with UPS. But, in some other offices they sell regular boxes and that it's more comfortable when you don't have time to go somewhere else. I brought my package wrapped in a strong box but they told me I needed another box. (They didn't tell me the cost, but I saw that on the screen before paying and I didn't want to bother the worker who was very kind) Then I accepted the payment. I think it's quite expensive 30 dollars for the package service. So please make sure To take your box from somewhere else to avoid the charge. The pack service (box size 18x12x12) was more expensive than shipping, which only cost me 23 dollars. 😅
